Small locstion. Friendly staff and quality food here. Plenty of street parking down the street
Great service! I ordered online and my order was ready for pick up. Would definitely recommend.
We stopped here on a road trip down the coast and couldn t have been happier with our experience. The staff is on top of their game, the food was fast AND mouthwatering, and the space is clean, light, and airy with a hip feel that s not stuffy or overly fancy. We snagged a metered parking spot outside with no hassle (granted, it was 2pm on a Tuesday) and were back on the road in no time.
Slow service.
In our case, it was More than 20 minutes!
Love the kabobs. The Greek salad is so big and good. The spicey chicken kabob is delicious.
Great food made fresh consistently good service and value
Why Bicolol grills on its roots Heck grills and not without mesh like the best Arabic restaurants and grilled grill Ask 2 because it is very beautiful
Its usually good however today we bought the koobideh. part of that was uncooked and another part of that was over cooked and burnt .
My absolute favorite lunch spot in Bethesda. The joojeh platter is amazing. I have found something in my food that didnt belong there 2 times but it is just so good I don't complain!
Worst costumer service ever! The bearded Arab cashier dude has an attitude, is very unprofessional and acts like he owns the place! My experience has gotten progressively worse with each visit...kabobs are mediocre, tomatoes are burnt, rice is dry, portions keep getting smaller, they mess up your order and they charge you for onions?! Poorly managed, horrible service and poor excuse for a kabob place. Want good kabobs? Go to Yekta kabob or Shamshiry...the kabobs and service are not comparable!
Delicious food probably that way its always busy and finding parking is another problem but still worth the trouble
Very tasty, a little cramped for space but great food
Visited there 12 years ago it was amazing.
Tried them today on my visit to DC area . Still amazing.
Food is exceptional. services are decent and prices very reasonable.
This is a great Mediterranean fast food restaurant. You can enjoy Persian inspired dishes and food. You can't obviously expect red carpet service, first class ambiance and fine dinning.
Place was remodeled, but they SUCK on customer service!!! ALI (guy on picture) has attended my self many times I had been at store before, and he can t be more rude and unprofessional possible! He treats customers very bad and other customers that have been around there before with me, said the same. We don t know why this guy is always having this bad attitude. Remember that we are the customers and we are the ones who choose your restaurant to spend our money and then you can receive money and get paid at the end of the week. Behave your self, take a customer service training!!!!
We were at a local church feeding the homeless, and we realized that we didn't have cutlery. We went into the store and asked for cutlery. The gentleman working here gave a bag full of forks free of cost and we didn't have to buy anything else to earn the cutlery. Thank you for the gesture!
The food here is great. The spicy ground chicken kebob is my wife's go to. Kebob Barreh is delicious too. And the Baklava is delicious. The bread starter is soft and fresh. The green sauce (side for the entree) is spicy and tasty.
The new location(right next door) is absolutely and huge improvement over the old one. Lot more room.
Small suggestion would be the staff to smile a little more the food would taste a lot more delicious. :)
Love the place.
I ve been going to Moby Dick House of Kabob for many years now and I always look forward to it. The chicken and rice dish is amazing! I don t know how they do it, but it always hits the spot. Plus the staff at MD are very kind and prompt.
The people herw was very nasty. Will never go back. I wish that I could get my money back. Thumbs down to this spot
The lamb was really good, more than worth the price. Be careful what you order, the menu is fairly complex, there are daily specials, and value is extremely inconsistent across the menu.
bad service // cold food and stuff rushing u to order no speck english / no good waise ure money // when the owner die every thing mass / i will reportet to state of maryland bad mangement dont buy food very rush u short for stuff no english cold food
New location is much better and less crowded.. Food always fresh and delicious.
Chicken kabob is tender and so well spiced.
This used to be my go-to. Not what it used to be. Service feels like I m being put through a stress test to place an order. They barely say hello when they pick up the phone. Food quality has consistently gone down as well. The rice is a pale shadow of what it used to be. They don t even warm up the bread like the used to. I think they just take our business for granted.
Pros:
Price is ok
People are friendly
Some dishes are ok
Cons:
Ground meat kabob has to be the worst I have had around
The bread portion keeps getting smaller
The grilled tomatoes are rarely done right and most times are raw
IMHO / experience not a great representation of Persian food

The goto kebab place. Love the chenje salad or kubideh rice. Awesome bread and hummus as well
I had a wonderful in this restaurant. We enjoyed the wonderful ambience and the meals. The staff were super welcoming. I m glad we eventually managed to visit here.
Food quality is great and the place is very clean but portions can improve specially rice and sauce.
Great place to eat. I will be going back. The food is really good.
Delicious kebabs. I love the Chenje (beef). Their basmati/saffron rice is great.
Nice location in Bethesda. Dining room cheerful and immaculate. Bathroom pristine. And of course the food, as always, was tasty.
The Kobedeh isn't as good as other locations such Arlington and falls church, it's too dry.
Food is good....customer service on the other hand is a serious issue. We always go here so I would prefer better treatment when I am taking my entire family here for dinner. Wr asked for half our bread before food and half with and they gave me half before and 1/8 after....it was 6 of us and he gave us 1 bread...I asked to get the rest and they refused then the manager I am assuming rolled his eyes at me and told the guy to give me the bread....we will not be going here again. I spent 70 dollars and they lost a customer by being stingy over 50 center or 1 dollar worth of bread.
Love their pita sandwiches, no matter your meat preference. Affordable too ($7.50) I go here all the time.
Good falafel and kabab platters with rice and salad.
Best Medeterannian food I ve ever had. It s so delicious. The ground beef and chicken kabobs are delicious. And the rice and yogurt sauce is out of this world. This is life changing.
My favorite restaurant in DC but they are spending so much time on the phone! Whenever I go to pickup my food I am waiting for the employees to notice me because they are so busy
The food use t be very good but recently the food and the staff in Bethesda are very disappointing.
The Kabobs are real good although a bit pricey it's still a good place to eat.
Best kakob place in the DMV! The Bethesda location is the original (I think). Their yogurt dip is the best!
They just add a bag tax to you order and not even tell you about it and then when you tell them you didn't even want the bag they say it's the law, but it is only the law to pay for it if you want it and they ask you if you want it.
It's delicious persian kabobs with good rice and they make their own pita bread in a clay oven
This is one of the best restaurants in D.C. It expensive but it's totally worth it.
Their classic humus hits differently especially with that open oven baked bread.
Customer Service Was AWESOME and the food was DELICIOUS...THANKS
