Consistently good products. Shipping speed is excellent no matter which method you choose. Customer service is top notch, a person answers the phone and handles any issue promptly. I ve been dealing with MD for around 3 yrs and have never had a bad experience.
I recieved a screen that was put on by a repair shop and has a line underneath but they say is a crack although it has NOT been dropped, in a pocket, bag, e.t.c. I was pretty much was told that all screens that are sent out are 100% perfect and would never have any issues and that their lifetime warranty isn't in effect because of this "crack" that just appeared on my phone. The "crack" is so low and isn't on a part of the screen I even touch or would ever have applied any pressure. I'm frustrated to be out of $280 dollars and in less than 5 days have an imperfection that I didn't cause. And the "crack" could have been on there and I not noticed due to the plastic cover over the front used to keep fingerprints off. It is barely noticeable with the plastic off. Regardless it's still there.

The customer service with the staff is +A, the staff is extremely knowledgeable. They will also answer any question you have and they re happy to do it. This is the only place I will ever go for replacement screens for iPhones. They also have a really good tool kits for cheap or expensive.

Company wanted a copy of my driver's License. Mobile Defenders held up my order by a week. The company did not check the zip code on the order. I live in a rural area and USPS does not deliver out here. Thanks for wasting a week of Time. If you live in rural area and your physical address does not match your PO Box this company will hold up your order and request a copy of you Driver's License.

I bought a supposed FL40 OEM new battery. The original battery would last 48 hours under normal use for the first year. This new battery would not last 8 hrs. I called immediately and they told me i would have to create an RMA on there site. This cost was $10 to return with possibility of no refund. The battery also had the retaining tabs on the connector broken. Original battery shown on right in photo. Based on performance & the broken tab I believe this was a used battery. Customer service unacceptable due to policies.
I was immediately contacted after my initial rating based on my previous 2 calls. This time the customer service representative sent me a RMA no charge for the original battery and is sending me a replacement battery as well. Based on this dedication to correct the issue i have changed my rating to 5 stars.
My experience ordering a Moto X Pure screen replacement from Mobile Defenders was underwhelming, to say the least. As you can see by the attached photo, this was the best quality I could get from their stock. Notice the light leaks at the corners. It took four different screens and many emails and calls with their support and sales rep to finally cause me to throw in the towel.
To be clear, I was given the choice by MD to either keep trying different screens or just accept the poor quality screen I received and receive a $5 discount on the sub-par product.
I don't want to throw shade where it isn't deserved. Their support team and sales rep were understanding and apologetic, but that doesn't excuse the awful quality of their parts and insistence that the customer always pay return shipping for defective parts. Again, to be fair, they did provide one return shipping label out of all of the screens I had to ship back.
Since I only attempted to purchase a screen for one phone, I can't vouch for the quality for all of their parts. I can only speak from my experience trying to buy a Motorola replacement screen.
I've been using MD for years now and they ALWAYS take care of all my part and tool needs. Travis is the MAN! He's helped me out in MANY emergency binds over the years and if I could I'd give 6 Stars! They are my "go to" on a daily basis when it comes to top quality parts, FAST shipping and outstanding customer service even when I'M the one who makes the mistake. I'll be a MD customer for life and I highly recommend any and ALL other repair shops out there to take my advice. Anyone who finds this business to be anything OTHER than a 5 Star establishment, either A...is totally new to the game and has NO idea about quality parts when they see them oooor B...they are fraudulent and most likely a competitor that are just jealous of MD's hard work and dedication to the repair industry. Either way, thanks again MD / Travis and keep up the great work!
