Absolutely wonderful with animals. You can tell they really love them and they're great with shy animals who may be a little afraid to go.

A constant in my puppy's care and I have never seen her afraid of going in. She will jump out of the car to greet her groomer, and everyone in there is exceedingly accomodating and loving with my dog. Love them!!

Cat is great with the fur babies and she's very informative with other things as well. I've been taking my American Eskimo Stiles here since he was a puppy and they shaved his entire coat off at another groomers (NEVER AGAIN)....thank goodness I found Cat and she knows exactly how to groom a coat like his and where to shave off and cut, comes out how I ask everytime. Stiles always comes out smelling so great and super white and fluffy. I'd highly recommend.

Cat and her team are amazing. My dog is very hard to groom. She s terrified of it and reacts badly. Cat is understanding, patient and kind. She continues to work with her to see what makes it a better experience for my pup, where others would give up. I can t say enough good things - great people!

Friendly, great service! My pups love coming here to be groomed. The pictures they take of the animals are a really nice touch!

I have an old doggo. He s about 15. He needs to be handled with extra extra care. Shannon provided all the extra care he needed. And then some. He came out looking incredibly spiffy, and, most importantly, he was in good spirits (and a little extra chipper even!) when we got home. This is much different from his last grooming experience, where he was exhausted and rattled. Not that the other groomer mistreated him! Not at all! Just that as an old man, he needs special handling. I absolutely recommend the Pet Spa for any animal, but your geriatric four-legged friends will do especially well here! I am so pleased!!

Great job done on my cat. His fur was long, so he had a "lion's cut ". It looks very nice. Friendly place to take care of your cat and/or dog. Very pleased.
