I have to share my most humble gratitude to 99.co & Metro Residences, shown to me during the most needed time. Like thousands of Malaysian who rushed to Singapore on the 17th March 20' due to major pandemic in the history and the borders of the 2 countries to be locked down, I'm one of them who came in without thinking much of the logistics once reaching.

While frantically looking for an accommodation, I used one of the links provided by my colleague by 99.co in turn who collaborated with Metro Residence to provide accommodation with a very nominal fee. The whole process was extremely seamless from the time I clicked the link and to the time I received the keys, less than 5-hrs.

Although, I did went through several parties BUT everyone has their own role to play and they are exactly with the right flow and information. I was allocated a room very close by to my work place, which is very thoughtful of them on their planning. And the accommodation was nothing short of utmost comfort. Representative from both parties did a follow up after settling down with my accommodation.

Although the accommodation was only offered for a short term until the 31st March, but Metro Residence did extended my accommodation till the 4th April without any additional cost.

I am very sure they have done the same to many other who were desperate at the moment; extending assistance during the time of need. They were selfless and extended assistance without expecting anything in return in most humble way!

I am very thankful to have known such a humble company with people equally as thoughtful. They are truly a HERO to me & many other i believe! Can't thank you all enough but my deepest gratitude and thank you to all of you!!

I am an agent. Before signing up for the service, the respond is great. But after signing up just now, there is no body to help answer your questions even the support team does not picks up the phone.

I am highly suspicious of some of the listings on 99.co. I saw 2 properties that I was interested in that were just recently posted and when I inquired about them, the agents told me that the properties were "on hold" or already taken. How is this possible during a pandemic when people are not allowed to visit the properties in person? After I asked about these properties and was given an excuse, the agent then proceeded to send me other listings that have been on the market for a while. Why list properties that are not available? Is this some kind of "fishing" scam? Is this the old "bait and switch"? So far, I am very unhappy with this site and find it not very honest.

All the agents on it are unresponsive. Enquired on one listing and the agent wrote back with just one word "sold" even though the listing was still available for quite some time afterwards (i bookmarked it and looked thru my bookmarks daily). only pro is that it is relatively user-friendly, with useful filters. but still pointless if agents don't bother to respond to interested buyers.

I am shopping for landed properties and the prices advertised here on 99.co seemed realistic. HOWEVER, all the agents I tried to contact on their listings did NOT respond. Very unprofessional website. Waste of time.
