No place to park and inside horrible unfriendly staff. Totally unhelpful and only like money.. Corruption high.. Service Nil.

The largest Mcel building in Mozambique. It is a modern building with a very good appearance that leaves the downtown area much more beautiful than it already was here in the city of Beira. All Mcel centralized itself in this building here in Beira since it is a small city, it has store and offices.
