MMC Group LP Review

I have been working with Chelsea from the beginning and she is an amazing recruiter. She always keeps in contact with me to see how things are going and it helps with her being at the job site during the week. I get random emails from Chelsea telling me how proud she is of the work I m doing and I have never had an employer ever tell me that. I love my job, my supervisors and my co workers. I would recommend MMC Group to anyone who is looking for a job!! They are an amazing group of people!!!

Ms Matson was my recruiter. I'm currently in OJT and MMC is great. Always available for any questions or concerns.

They are very friendly and Amanda has assisted me the entire time. She answered all of the questions I have had very effectively as well as gotten back with me quickly. I would recommend this company to anyone it is amazing.

My daughter worked here for them and... It was absolutely awful.. worst job she has ever had. Was contracted through conduent.. was poorly trained and threw out on the phones not ready and didn't know what to do. She dread going to work every day, Got to the point she just walked out and quit from stress and anger of not knowing what to do, I HIGHLY DON'T RECOMMEND.

When they want to hire you and get you started you can reach anyone. Once that process is done its like they send you straight to they VM. They never want o talk to you in response to questions regarding your pay or other important matter. I was going on maternity and it took them forever to fill out my disability papers because they had to find time after two weeks. I do not wish to work for them ever again.

Just started working for this company they respond to my needs ,love the every week pay..staff is amazing !!

In the short time I've been recruited by MMC, I'm quite pleased with this temp agency. I've worked with several temp agencies over the years and so far MMC has been amazing in helping me jump back into a roll I'd had previously. My recruiter, Amanda Wilson, has been attentive and quick to respond to questions and concerns. I did dock one star though because this is one of the few temp agencies that does NOT offer health insurance for their temps.

Edit 12/27/2018: MMC DOES offer health insurance after 3 months. However, this was not advertised at the time of hire. It wasn t even hinted at. I just got an email that said I had a week to opt in or out.

Lauryn Donahue was my recruiter and she is amazing. She was able to get me two interviews within the same week. From those interviews I received offers. I definitely would recommend MMC and especially the recruiter Lauryn.

The MMC group it s self has been helpful and my recruiter was one of the best I ve had! Always on top of things and very communicational with me and did their best to help with any problems I ve had!

Do not waste your time on this crooked company!!! MMC is a fraud!!! DANIEL KRAUSSE hired me over the phone and offered me a $14 an hour Job. I was so excited and even spent $$ to buy business casual attire. They promised me a 40 hour a week plus OT. Long story short I never made 40 hours a week, Every single day they were sending people home due to "low call volume.." Why hired so many people when y'all don't have enough budget to pay for us. Also not even 2 months in a job they nearly fired everyone. From 45 employees down to 5 employees. ERIN MCAFEE called each one of us and said "Due to unexpected low call volume we had to terminate you.." Do not waste your time. Apply somewhere else. MMC and Conduent is not a long term, full time employment. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!

I love MMC! Amanda is hands down these best! Keeps you up to date on everything. Also, all my information for my payroll is easily accessible. Mmc is the best! I refer everyone to mmc before anywhere else.

My recruiter is Chelsea. She's AMAZING. She lets you come in and vent as working doing what we do, people and computers and things frustrate you. Shes always checking on us to make that we're ok. Best thing she BRINGS CANDY!!!! I would completely recommend this job to anyone.

This company is the worse don't work for them, I worked 3 weeks ago and still haven't got paid and when I call the phone are cut off. So I go up there and they feed me some B's about my pay being put in and never was there full of s#&!

They only seem to have 2 accounts, Netspend, which is a major sweat shop with a high turnover, and a billing government call center that wants you to not work another part-time job as they want you available 7 days a week at very low pay. Because I refused to be beaten down with the 2 sweat shops I was told I could not be placed.

My boyfriend worked with them for one month. Never recieved a paycheck until after he quit. He received two paychecks 2 weeks after he quit...which were rerurned/bounced. He cannot get ahold of anyone to correct this issue.

Don t work for them. The money sounds great! But getting paid is another story. My advice to everyone. Run! This company is full of con artist. Especially their in-house legal counsel. If you got ripped off, just send them a paper invoice anyway, let it go unpaid, send it to collections, and send them a 1099-C.

Amanda Wilson has made it a very easy process. She gets back to me in a timely manner and always lets me know when things change or if she needs something from me. :)

Lauren is Awesome she even gave me her personal info to contact for ANY issues. Ms. Lauren is extremely dedicated to assisting her employees! Don't let her leave!! She is TRULY an asset to MMC GROUP!

I felt extremely welcomes as I started working with MMC. They always connected with me if need be, and made sure I could do the job properly.

This company has tried every way not to pay me on time and in full for services rendered.
Not only did they mislead on a job in which I wasted 3 days to where I could have been looking for an actual job to what fit my standards. But now trying to take a fee out of my check on a error that has nothing to do with me.. this place is s sham.
If they call you for an interview look elsewhere.

This company has recruiters that LIE, blatantly. At least have the courage to return a phone call or an e-mail. Instead, they cower in a corner.

I love working for this company. This company cares about their employees and we are all like a big family here.

I have only worked for MMC Group for a short period of time, but in this time I have felt very welcome. My recruiter, Amanda, has gone above and beyond to make sure all of us are having the best experience with their agency. MMC has made me feel like a part of the family. They ALWAYS stay in contact with you every step of the way. I have definitely enjoyed this experience and can t wait to see what my future with MMC will be like!

I really enjoyed working at MMC starting as temporary employee. The company guide you to be a permanent employee. Feedback is important to grow and be successful. I will recommend always MMC to start in a new job that is your perfect choice.

Fantastic place to work! More importantly the value and effort the recruiters put in to ensure there is a quality rapport with its employees, one that puts this firm in a catogory of their own! Highly recommend this staffing firm!

I would never recommend no-one to work for this company. I've called email my recruiter for days and NO FOLLOW UPS dealing with my check. I talk to different people trying to fill out the paperwork. According to state laws employees have to provide documentation 3 days of employment. It took 2 weeks. I've never seen a company for that unorganized and unprofessional

This is the worst agency. I worked for Maximus through them, a call center with team leads that don't knkw how to talk to people that don't even have high school diplomas and ghetto rwtchet supervisors and team leads. MMC hires anyone they come across, they only asked me one wuestion on my phone interview and when I started there were training classes filled with people with no computer skills, no previous training, straight out of high school and everything else. They have no type of communication, when they want something from you you get emails and phone calls and get pulled into the supervisors office but if you need something it's impossible to get a hold of them, Tabitha Turner and Merri Matson to be specific. Them two are unprofessional and definitely not fit to do their job because they don't even know how to hire qualified people. It's all about their check they don't care about the employees at all, they mass hire and you never heard from them again. By far the worst staffing agency and if anyone sees a job posting from them or gets a call from them, run run run because they're going to screw you over for sure. I wish I could give them negative stars if I could on this review!

This was a big change for me. I ve never worked in a call center. My MMC representative was so helpful through the application process. I was beyond excited to start and everyone has just been so nice and helpful.

Very helpful staff that guided me in every step until I converted. Recommended the agency to some other friends and now they are on their way to the conversion bonus too!

MMC is one of the best temp agency I have worked with in my career.
Amanda is my recruiter. She is great to work with and makes you feel welcome and gives you encouragement to do your best every day!
Amanda comes in the training room every morning to see if we have any questions or concerns.

These people are a bunch of liars! They conduct quick phone interviews. None of their staff know what they're doing. They bid on large clients with call center companies like Accenture Consulting. Accenture is not consulting. The work is more like customer service rep. work. The pay is a little more than a fast food or retail job. MMC Group takes about half of the money the client pays for the temp worker. That's why temp job wages are so low. If you ask MMC Group to ask the client to hire you, you are conveniently fired for cause a couple of weeks later. This whole temp agency / client company tactic is fraud, a scam, etc...

Temp agencies take money that workers should be receiving. All they do is process your paycheck every two weeks. Why are they entitled to half my pay for that? The client saves money by never having to hire another permanent employee again. Client companies never offer health insurance, vacation time or any other benefits. If you ever complain or ask about anything they fire you. Problem solved!!!!!

DO NOT APPLY OR HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THIS AGENCY!!!!

My onboarding with MMC was very smooth and the transitioning phase has been awesome! Amanda is great, she takes the time to answer all questions and if she does not know the answer she finds out. Great company and great experience!

My MMC representative made things so easy for me! Walked me through all the steps and has always been there with any of my questions! I highly recommend MMC to anyone currently searching for employment.

My daughter first applied with mmc after a month she was there she told me to apply. So I did. Where I was working before I was making alot less so I gave it a try. I applied through indeed and I got a call back the next day I was at work when they called I called back and it wasn't even 30 minutes before I she called back I can't remember her name but she knew what she was doing she was very professional I think her name was Merri. Everything she said that was going to happen did within 2 weeks I was working for mmc. I've been with company for 6 months and im about to convert over to maximus. Now I have to brag on my recruiter Chelsea OMG! THE BEST EVER!!!! She is really there for you. When she there at the site if she's not busy with anybody else you can just go in there just to say hi or she will come out to the floor and make her presence known and ask how you are doing.if you are having a problem she don't care if it was 2 weeks ago she let's you come and vent to her. She's very sweet and kind and very very supportive..but don't tell her I said this I call her the sugar fairy....lol she always has candy. But all in all in my 6 months with mmc my experiences has been good. Never a messed paycheck...i never call them I never have a reason too. They are good about sending out email especially when they are important. There's alot of good things I can tell you about mmc I've already wrote a book. I hope if and you apply with mmc I just hope that your experience is and will be as good as mines.

MMC demonstrates family values with a business backbone. I have never worked with people that cared so much about individuals as much as we do business. I love my team!

Terrible company to work for. I've never had this difficult of a time getting paid. I put in my letter of resignation effective on a certain date, they didn't even let me stay until that day. I got a call from them really late at night (9pm) to tell me not to come in anymore. They told us not to subimt payroll until Fridays but i was told not to return on a Wednesday so I couldn't submit payroll since I wasn't able to go back in to work. They didn't submit it. I bet if I didn't call they would have never submitted it. Extremely unprofessional and unorganized company! Nearly impossible to get a hold of someone at payroll.Worst I've ever worked for. I recommend you look elsewhere for employment!

MMC is a great company that truly cares for their employees that go above to see to it that the employees know what they need to and that they have what they need to succeed in their job daily.... I would definitely recommend this company to others because they are outstanding and have been their since step one... They welcomed me like I was family...

I had a horrible experience with this agency. The recruiter I specifically spoke with was Debbie Clayton. I would not recommend this agency to anyone, they ignore phone calls and send you straight to voicemail also.

MMC Group has been a blessing to our family. And their rep Amanda is the most amazing caring and helpful person that I have ever dealt with in a work setting. MMC cares about their employees.

Hello, I want everyone to know right off the bat I was released because my babysitter flaked on me, either way. The lack of call backs I received and the follow through after everything happened was ridiculous. I called and texted and left messages for someone to call me back to see if I still had a job or not and nobody would even respond to me, I still have not got a call letting me know that I was released or what the process is to turn in the badge and to receive my check and all. Once they can't use you anymore they are done with you. I don't think I have ever dealt with an agency like this. They were all very nice at first then something out of your control happens then they act like you never existed.

Do not work with this mmcgroup they want pay you on time and you would not be able to talk to anyone on the phone because all of there numbers dont work it's always busy. It's been 5
days and I still haven't received my check smh . I have tried to call someone to ask what's going on and I cant get through Kimi is real quick to get fly with you on email and to belittle you like your crazy when really its them and their bootleg system.

I have only been with MMC a short time, but I absolutely love it. From day one talking with my recruiter Amanda, she is very personable an is there for amy questions or needs you may have. It's a very welcoming company.
