I loved working with MMC, Amanda W. and Merri M. we re really helpful and informative throughout the whole process. I got hired by Amanda in November 2020 to work for a project for Maximus. During the holidays, Merri would call me or send me emails telling me how great of a job I was doing that I even got a bonus on my Christmas check! Those 2 lady s were always quick to respond to any emails I had and helped me get paperwork needed for discounted daily doctor visits after my rotator cuff surgery. I got the opportunity to transfer to a permanent worker for Maximus from MMC last month, July 2021, but I will always be grateful for this company for giving me a job when I highly needed it and being so thoughtful and caring. I highly recommend this company for anyone looking for a job.

I have only worked for MMC Group for a short period of time, but in this time I have felt very welcome. My recruiter, Amanda, has gone above and beyond to make sure all of us are having the best experience with their agency. MMC has made me feel like a part of the family. They ALWAYS stay in contact with you every step of the way. I have definitely enjoyed this experience and can t wait to see what my future with MMC will be like!

This company has tried every way not to pay me on time and in full for services rendered.
Not only did they mislead on a job in which I wasted 3 days to where I could have been looking for an actual job to what fit my standards. But now trying to take a fee out of my check on a error that has nothing to do with me.. this place is s sham.
If they call you for an interview look elsewhere.

I have been working with Chelsea from the beginning and she is an amazing recruiter. She always keeps in contact with me to see how things are going and it helps with her being at the job site during the week. I get random emails from Chelsea telling me how proud she is of the work I m doing and I have never had an employer ever tell me that. I love my job, my supervisors and my co workers. I would recommend MMC Group to anyone who is looking for a job!! They are an amazing group of people!!!

I worked for MMC group in Texas from 11/2/2020 to 02/02/2021. I was recruited for a remote position. I was not impressed at all with the lack of communication from several recruiters. Yes my position was temp to permanent and we were all tricked into a meeting one afternoon with the company we worked. We were told by email that the meeting was for continued education and just like that we were all let go. I was told from one of the recruiters that she would help me get another job. I called back a few days later and another recruiter told me not to speak to the other recruiter and seemed disappointed that I even talked to her in the first place. I never had another opportunity for work until May 13, 2021 to work with the same company but different area remotely. I agreed and took my drug test and background screen. I received a phone call June 1, 2021 and I was told I did not report to work. I told the recruiter that I never received a computer or instructions from the company. She checked into it and called me back and said they were sending the computer ASAP. I never received the computer or instructions for work. I sent numerous emails and text messages and no one would respond to me. Unprofessional and lack of communication. I will never use this temp agency again!!

First, I'd like to say that my experience with MMC Group has been phenomenal. Second, I have been working through them since December 2020 and absolutely love the projects they have had me in. Last but not least, Andriana is amazing. She is quick, attentive, and nice. She genuinely cares and wants us to have a great experience when working with MMC Group.

They kept work going. Lots is the best to work with.

Very helpful staff that guided me in every step until I converted. Recommended the agency to some other friends and now they are on their way to the conversion bonus too!

Bad recruiting people. They kept changing the shift for a client. How do you go from 3rd shift to early 5am-4pm within 5 hours? Confirm the shift before accepting candidates personal information!

I work though mmc group for maximus and I have no bad words to say about them.
