I just want to make a complain and let you guys know how poor your service is. I bought my ASX 2 years ago and now it met with an accident and some parts are not available it been nearly a month and my repairer says it will take nearly a month more to get the parts.It is almost 2 months then. I Bought my ASX with lot of recommendations from friends and family about the mitsubishi brand name and service. How disappointing you all don t have parts for a 2 year old car? I am an uber driver and a persoanla driver. i will not have income for 2 months then. Such a popular good brand , is this how you look after your cutomers? I am going to contact the ombudsman and consumer today.

Always found Mitsubishi Motors to be excellent to deal with, however, that was a number of years ago! I have owned in excess of 15 new Mitsubishi vehicles. I now have a new Eclipse Cross. Sadly I have found that Mitsubishi service has gone from great to bad to worse than bad. Dealers are treated like mushrooms and not given the right information, hence they can't do the jobs the customer expects. For example, the audio software in my car is Version B. The latest is Version U which fixed a few issues and added a few features. The dealers had no idea about Version U or the update. I contact Mitsubishi who tell me there is no version U for the eclipse cross, I send MMAL photos showing a car with version U. Then they say yea, you are right, BUT, we don't have any upgrade to version U. They say to book into a dealer to get version O. So, I do that and after wasting two and a half hours driving there and back and waiting for them to do the job, the service dept tell me that can't do the upgrade as it's all grayed out? OK, phone Mitsubishi said I and find out what to do. We can't do that as we don't have any direct contact numbers for them. The service dept has to send an email to MMAL and wait a few days or more fro a reply and in the meantime the customer waits and waits. Then if they get a solution, the poor old customer has to make another appointment and go through the initial procedure all again not knowing if the upgrade will be done! The only solution I can think of is to trade in my Mitsubishi and buy from a manufacturer that cares about their customers. The Kia Seltos is looking good.

mn triton has been pretty good. the service department is absolutely appalling! I'd be questioning if the filters actually get replaced and the fact that i reported a air leak in the drivers door(right in your ear) from new and they said yeah but it could be leaking anywhere in the door.. rip it off and put a new one on if you dont have the ability to find and fix it! next up the airbag light(apparently if the light is on then the system doesn't operate) was on from 60k they would reset it at service and next day it would be back on.. they never fixed the issue. end of warranty asked for it to be fixed, they didn't touch it, just reset it again. absolute lemon service. I'd be buying the car and not taking it to Mitsubishi for services! rip offs just pumping out the services and not worried about warranty

I m very disappointed in Mitsubishi I have a mn triton with 2 years warranty left I reported a fault as it surges at 90kph Which is the exhaust manifold now they want to charge me $665- for something that is under warranty this is the most appalling service. I will not recommend anyone buy from Mitsubishi their service is terrible next car is a Toyota I ll never purchase a Mitsubishi again due to the disgusting service and attitude I received on the phone and to my face.
