This place changed my life by simply visiting my deceased father's home. Joseph Velasquez came to my dad's house (where I am living) and let my know there was a lot of equity in my dad's house and instead of letting the county take my dad's house I should start the probate process. WELL I HAVE!! I have to say this man is EXTREMELY KIND. And they will give you so many options and so much advice. Please talk to them if you are in my situation!!

Joseph Velasquez is the best realtor I have had the pleasure of working with, he did a great job finding our dream home. He was honest, prompt and very professional. I appreciate that he still answers my text and calls 2 years later.

I am writing this to warn anyone who uses this agency that if you get a real estate agent named JOHN MACHADO you should ask for someone else trust me. He not only lies to, but he make comments like "I don't need you I have plenty of other client's, and if this deal doesn't go through it wont affect my paycheck". He talks out of both sides of his mouth. So please beware if you get him, and if you do I beg you for your sake ask for someone else!
