Did I have to hire another attorney to fix my problem? YES.
DID I JUST SPEND MY MONEY AND TIME FOR NOTHING? OH YOU BET.

The E-2 visa I waited a few days ago came out safely.
I was taught by a lawyer, Young-Eun Kim, by introducing an acquaintance. We were able to send back the documents and contents that were lacking, so that we could send them more precisely by detailing how to send them.
If you are applying for a visa, we highly recommend it!

Professionalism is missing in this lawfirm and I have heard unfortunate stories about this place. I also have unfortunate stories as well. All I can say is, check who you are going to hire. Ask around. Only reason why I give 2 stars is because seems like they are on point for replying back to every bad reviews here. Ironic.

You will Get charged $75 for EACH APPOINTMENTS you make over the phone. There is a possiblity that Jane Park won't show up yet still charge you $ with no apology. Unprofessional.

Karen Choi the paralegal and Jane Park the lawyer are horrible. Do not trust them

Jane park and her assistants are too busy to take your calls and have other priorities to take care of before so they CANT talk to you. If you want someone who is willing to take care of your problem like their own, GO FIND DIFFERENT LAWYERS. You are wasting your time and money.

1 - They never let me talk to Jane park (i paid her in advance to help me) because she is TOO BUSY with other works. I made appointments couple times but never was able to meet her.

2- they can only squeeze you in for 15min to see Jane park because she has other priorities to take care of. When they do, assistant forgets to make the appointment and Jane park is not in office for the appointment.
Not only ONCE BUT THREE TIMES. AND CHARGED US $75 ( $25 each appointments we made).

3- if they cant really answer you why they failed at squeezing me in , Instead of apologizing, THEY HANG UP ON YOU.

4- i had Jane Park as my attorney for past 6 months, SHE DID NOTHING and REFUSED to write me an invoice. And threatened me that she did so much more work than what i paid for, therefore, i should be thankful and if i still want it, i have to pay her more to get my invoice. LOL

FIND SOMEONE ELSE or YOU REGET

They are nice and also very good with paper works and always prepared with work before everything.
I got my interview date and green card within little bit over 1 years
Mirae will have Paper works and everything that you need on the time and get proved within a week or 2 weeks.
They always called me right away either immigrated office need something or got approved with the papers and always let me know what I need for next steps or what I need to give to lawyers to get approved by the immigrated office.
They are very trustful people to work with and will always help you through every steps until you get the green cards.

I have been with a lot of attorneys for 10 years to get a permanent resident visa while I am on a student visa, H1 ... but I have paid for expensive attorneys' fees, but there is little trust in lawyers I got a green card without RFE in less than a year thanks to Kim Yeong-in lawyer. Because of the precise work process, kind response, and previous experience, I did not hesitate to call, and I was able to follow up and help me psychologically and mentally.
I think lawyer Kim Young is the # 1 on permanent residence.

With Young-Eun Kim, I applied for permanent residency in an NIW case and received it safely after 1 year and 6 months. Based on a lot of experience and know-how, he helped me to work well systematically and efficiently. He showed me how to do my best to answer. I was very satisfied, and I recommend it to those who want to apply for permanent residency with NIW.

RUN AWAY! Do not trust Mirae Law with any of your legal needs. My father was robbed of $2,500. After paying the lawyer a retainer, we could never get in contact with them. On three occasions we set appointments, we were told the lawyer Jane Park is too busy and sent us on our way every time. Paralegal Karen Choi is the worst, she hung up on me and would not let us set an appointment the last time to discuss possibly changing lawyers.

They asked my father to ask my mother who battling stage 3 liver cancer in Korea why it would be so hard for her to sign a power of attorney 5 MONTHS in them representing us!

The only one time I spoke with Attorney Jane Park she told me it s my father fault this case is going on longer. She threaten my father saying she racked up many more hours than her retainer and if we keep her it would cost so much more money. That we should be thankful she s not charging us than our retainer after the termination of representation.
They will NOT provide us with an itemized statement of what work they did. How bizarre and unfair is that.

I am filing a complaint with the ARDC for disciplinary action so no one has to deal with this crooked law firm again.

- Mirae Law (Attorney Jane Park) charged us $75 for me making 3 appointment with Karen Choi her paralegal. All three appointment, we were sent back home without being able to see the attorney. Evidence is on google pictures for Mirae law

-On the invoice, she stated her office sent an authorization letter to the borrower on 1/18. they asked us to sign the power of attorney paperwork on 5/15. Complete lies!
