I worked this company in denger zone...
1.no job security.
2.fully contract based.
3.manger khana and owner also using valger language.
He has no Experience who to know behave to others. No technicall knowledge.
4.no ESI for labours any befits.
5.no leaves.
6.ther is no technical person at all.
7.pay ment cutting for sunday,leaves, holidays and late comming etc....
8.before join this company takefist appointment letter or offer letter as per other company standards.. Best of luck...
