Bought a copy of a key, it worked great. I checked my bank statement and was accidentally charged extra. I contacted the customer service number and they were very nice. I spoke with a rep in Boulder CO and she refunded all of my money for the inconvenience. SUPER GREAT COMPANY!!!! Customer service like this is a lost art. 5 stars all day.

I had 2 separate keys made on 2 separate occasions. The first key worked just fine with no problems (a lady even walked by me and warned me not to use minuteKEY). Yesterday, I used it for the second time and I have no clue what happened because the copy came out obviously cut wrong and metal scrapings that cut my hand. Not an awful experience but I will definitely seek out a person to help me from now on. Too much unreliability with an automated kiosk.

I have had a dozen keys cut at the local OSH with this machine. So much better than tracking down the impossible to find clerk and waiting for them to help you. Can't believe these aren't in every hardware store.

Cut the keys good; even on some of the keys I had that were no longer "crisp" out of the box. No failures thus far and I don't foresee that occurring upon observation of the visible CNC tech in your boxes. Good job.

I've duplicated more than 20 keys on minuteKEY machines, and every one has worked well. It's much more reliable then having it done manually. Also quicker. Did I mention that every key worked? BTW it takes about 2 minutes per key on the machine I use, so they should lose a star for puffery. Or change the name to minutesKEY :)

The minuteKEY machine charged my credit card for making the key but I did not go through with the key making process. The Machine must have a way to scan your Credit card while you standing in front of the machine. I called customer support, they said they can not find the transaction(but it showed on my credit card statement). After a long discussion the fist agent dropped my phone call, I called back and got another agent, I told her last 4 digit of my credit card number and full name, the nice representative told me they found the transaction in non-completed transaction file, the questions is if it is non-transaction why am I being charged on my credit card statement. they said they are going to refund my $3.27 back to my credit card in the next few days. IF I DID NOT CALL BACK AND INSIST I DID NOT MAKE ANY KEYS, SINCE THE AMOUNT IS SMALL, WOULD HAVE JUST LET THIS GO....SO BE CARFUL THIS CAN BE A SCAM!!!
