Very nice staff who worked to get me a good deal on my truck. They even stayed with me past closing to work with me! I highly recommend this dealership!

Perry (the salesman) was awesome and the process painless. We'll definitely be back next year when it's time for my wife and I to help our daughter get a car.

Representatives are approachable and knowledgeable. They want to get you in the right vehicle and will work with you financially. They were not pushy like most car salesmen. Phil was great!

At first I went to this dealership window shopping, browsing the lot to see what new vehicles they had! Along came Kody! A very cheerful and knowledgeable individual. So we stepped inside and talked about a few trucks I saw on the lot and before you know it I was test driving a brand new 2016 Toyota Tundra limited! After the test drive was over and my pants dried we went inside and discussed how much I loved the truck! Low and behold I went back the next morning to pick it up all cleaned up and lookin beautiful! The process was quick and painless Kody knew the answer to every question I fired at him and the rest of the staff was more than happy to help me add extras and make the truck my own!! This is the 2nd vehicle I have bought from Minot automotive and I won't hesitate to do so again in the future! So if your planning on a new vehicle stop in and talk to Kody! He's as good a guy as they come!!

Had an excellent experience buying a new Toyota Tundra, everything came out exactly as was predicted.

The guy who helped me was very nice and helpful. The only thing that kept me from giving a five star rating is had there been another employee to help the guy wouldn't have had to keep excusing himself to answer other customers walking in during our transaction. It was miserably hot today and even with the AC running in the vehicle where my mom and daughter were waiting (they were following me home) my daughter had gotten sick. If we could have done our business and not been interrupted 50 times I might have given the 5 stars :(

Quick and easy process to buy a car, and a good deal to boot!

This is probably the best shop I've ever had to take any vehicle to. There were some hiccups on my warranty because of the company it was through so I ended up having to wait 8 hours before my car could be worked on but even then it was still a great experience. They were patient with my warranty and made sure to get it cleared so they could get my car done that day. I stayed in the lobby the whole time because my husband had to work and they were nothing but nice and several of the salesmen and mechanics checked up on me some even sat down to talk a bit. I am just now having another issue with my car and just called to get an opinion and they are not like other shops that just want you to bring the car in so they can get paid. They let me know what it could possibly be and some of the things I thought it could be they assured me they weren't because they were able to tell me the software update record on my car over the phone. They dont force you to come it at every little thing and I genuinely love that. Brings the love for cars back by encouraging you to run diagnostics at home if you are able. I'm beyond happy with my experience here so far.

I started working with Matt Burckner in finding a truck. After about a week he showed me a 2012 Ram 2500 that met all my needs and my price range. Matt and his team were super helpful with everything including the trouble (all on my part) with the financing. I couldn't be happier with the service I got from Matt and the rest of the sails team. I've recommended Matt to friends that I work with and they have come back to me with nothing but good things to say. I will recommend him to anyone who is looking for any vehicle. Customer service is hard to come by in Minot any more, but working with the sails team at Minot Automotive Center has restored my faith that there are some businesses that are still customer service oriented.

I was looking for a very specific and fairly rare car, found it at Minot Automotive Center. Worked with Dan, he was very knowledgeable about the car and helpful. We drove over 500 miles one way and had a great experience. My new car was waiting for me on the showroom floor, Dan walked through programming, Christina went through warranty options, John with financing went above and beyond, even though we went a different route for financing, not once did anyone treat us with anything but patience and respect. We were out the door within an hour which we requested with an amazing new car and our pick of tee shirts. Thank you!!!

I am so happy with Minot Automotive they made buying a vehicle easy. They also gave me a great deal on my trade-in. The salesman Jeff Froseth has been really helpful and friendly. If anyone is looking for a new vehicle he can find the right one for you. If you tell him my name he will take Great care of you.. Even though thesales staff is friendly and helpful. Any work that you get done there will either not be covered under warranty or it will cost you atleast 2x more than what was quoted. They seem to have terrible attitudes and like to interrupt you when you are talking.

Ordered a bumper cover was told it showed up 2 days later came to pick up didnt even get ordered. So ordered again said be next day called next day said the order didnt go through so had to order again! Took 3 times to get my parts I wont be back I use to buy lots from them!!!

I liked my sales men Karl and Ron the best. I would not go to the service department. The reason I'm giving the 5 is because of Karl but without him the service dept gets a 1 star.

I came by late in the evening, after hours, to window shop the pre-owned section. Cody was still working & happened to park a car nearby. He offered assistance & we chatted a bit. I felt my entire experience was about me getting into a vehicle that I needed, whether it was that day or another, not about their sales. (I had a trade in that I was hoping to get a certain amount for. I told Cody the amount & he was so honest he told me he d give me the actual value of it, even after knowing my amount. He kept his word & I got $1,000 more than I was hoping for!) They were laid back, but responsive, not pushy, but helpful. I ve owned a few cars from dealerships from California to Texas and even two different dealerships in Minot & after this, I ll never go anywhere else. These guys were the best to work with & I m beyond pleased with my new vehicle. A huge THANK YOU to Cody, John & all the paperwork & parts people. You guys are the best!

I had a very good experience there. The weather was cold and everybody still accommodated trying to get a vehicle started for me to try and test drive. John was very patient and waiting for me to make a decision and let me think about it at my own pace. John and all the sales staff were very good to work with.

I just purchased a new Ram here. They were courteous and professional. This was our 3rd vehicle purchased through Minot Auto. Jason, our salesman, was attentive and didn't try to sell me something I didn't want. We went to Ryan Chevrolet first but were treated like our business wasn't important.

Before I tell you how amazing my service was I want to start off by saying that I went to the Honda dealer across the street and the service wasn't bad but they really tried to low bawl us on our trade in. They offered us 16,000 on our trade where Toyota really knows what there vehicles are worth and offered us 21,000. I'm just glad I was smart enough just to walk out. I hate being taken advantage of especially when I knew what my vehicle was worth.

So on with my experience at Minot Chrysler. I purchased a 2012 Toyota Camry for my wife. Cindy DeVries was our sales lady and was awesome, amazing, and well words just can't completely describe how great she really is. I was given GREAT financing that I just couldn't pass up. She made sure that I looked at enough vehicles to know exactly what my wife and I wanted. She is very passionate about her job and she makes you feel very welcome just like a friend would. She guided us thru every vehicle on the lot that we wanted to look at. Also she gave us every option possible asking questions along the way. Everyone that helped us through the process was amazing. My trade in value was just what I expected and I was very happy with the entire experience. We don't get the car for a couple days because we added a few options that we wanted done before we took it home but all in all I would go back again and recommend everyone I know to Cindy. This is the second vehicle we have purchased from her. Thank you all for everything. And thank you Cindy for making our experience once again amazing. We will never shop anywhere else again. Well unless we move away.

I had a wonderful experience doing business with Minot Automotive. Jake Eckel was my salesman, and he was awesome to work with. I owned the car within 24 hours of when I first saw it because he went the extra mile without seeming invasive. It's literally like he has every vehicle memorized, and he is always available for questions over the phone or in his office. He also did a couple follow up calls which ensured me that he cared. I noticed that the sales manager and used car guy were both decently kind, but Jacob's service was impressive, and excellent to say the least. If I can work with him or a guy like him, I'll be back again, and in conclusion I'm highly satisfied.

Guess i spoke to soon. This place took my decals when they weren't supposed to and did not even call me back after I contacted them about the error. I have been unable to put the plates on my car and have to wait longer because of them, this ruined the experience.

Hands down best experience and personnel I have ever dealt with buying a vehicle. I would say it was timely ( which Minot Automitove was amazing and quick at their job) my husband however delayed the process by 2 hours. The staff stayed patient with me while we waiting for my husband. They were very accommodating and were all pleasant to talk to and pass the time. I did leave the dealership today with exactly what I was looking for and could not be more excited.

Don't ever get your oil changed here I've given them four times and none of the times have they done everything they always forget something like cover for air filter ext.
