THIS IS SUCH A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE HOW YOU HAVE THESE TYPE OF STAFF MEMBERS THAT WORKS IN Mount Hope Hospital in Trinidad THEY TOOK A TEST AND NO RESULTS AND IT ACTUALLY BEEN 5 DAYS NOT ONE DOCTOR WENT TO ATTEND MY BROTHER BED SIDE WHAT A HORRIBLE HOSPITAL THIS IS CRAZY SOMEONE NEEDS TO TRAIN THESE NURSES AND DOCTORS TO TREAT PATIENTS LIKE HUMAN BECAUSE UNFORTUNATELY THE NURSES AND DOCTORS DO NO TREAT THE PATIENTS LIKE HUMAN WHAT A BAD EXPERIENCE MY FAMILY HAD AT MOUNT HOPE HOSPITAL !!!

called for ambulance services at 6.37 a.m this morning, 2 hours passed and no ambulance. Called 811 and they hung up on me, called back and then telling me about who have emergency and who doesn't, my response was once you are sick it's an emergency. This health system stinks.

What makes here worthwhile is the staff. Helpful. Knowledgeable. Aware of options and access to data and archives.
What needs improving is parking, access to the building for the differently abled, improved air quality and conversion to digital records.

I visited the arouca health Centre with my daughter. The service was excellent by the staff. However, the one functioning toilet started to back up into the waiting area. Patients were told that this is a recurring problem that is not being addressed and they have to work in it.
Whoever is responsible please address it. This is clearly a health hazard to already vulnerable citizens.
