Last night, I decided to try out a new Chinese restaurant in Fremont and I'm glad I chose Mings Szechwan Restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious, especially the Mapo Tofu. It had just the right amount of spiciness and the tofu was perfectly cooked. The service was prompt and friendly, making the whole dining experience enjoyable. I will definitely be returning to Mings in the future.
