Mindfulness Northwest is a Seattle-based organization that offers mindfulness and self-compassion training, MBSR & MSC online classes, workshops, and retreats to individuals and organizations throughout the Pacific Northwest. With an office in Bellingham WA, Mindfulness Northwest has been empowering people to live more fulfilling lives by cultivating awareness, compassion, and resilience since 2011.

Our flagship program is the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course - an eight-week program that teaches participants how to cultivate mindfulness through meditation practices such as body scan meditation, sitting meditation, walking meditation, gentle yoga stretches among others.
