Clean and beautiful yoga studio with all the equip...

Clean and beautiful yoga studio with all the equipment you need like cushions, blankets, straps, blocks. Change rooms and washrooms are clean. They also provide mini lockers to store your belongings. Staff are extremely friendly and the yoga instructors are amazing.

I just finished my first class at this studio and ...

I just finished my first class at this studio and I found the environment to be peaceful and unassuming. It s hard to find a studio in Toronto that is approachable and down to earth. The instructor (Tamara) was knowledgeable and offered modifications as needed. The yang/yin class was exactly what I needed for a bit of movement and a lot of relaxation. Tea is offered and lockers are available for use in the change room. Glad I discovered this little gem.

I've been coming to Mindful BodyWorks for about 5 ...

I've been coming to Mindful BodyWorks for about 5 months and it's been great. The teachers at this studio distinguish themselves from others in the city by thoughtfully and consistently looking after the students' mental state, as well as the physical. The space is beautiful and always clean. I recommend!

I've been coming here for a few years now... Been ...

I've been coming here for a few years now... Been to many yoga studios around the DT area where the classes are crammed and the facilities a bit run down. Mindful Bodyworks is so spacious, clean and fully equipped with showers which is great after a hot yoga class. The instructors are just as amazing and so approachable. I love it here and have recommended it to all my colleagues and friends.

This yoga studio is very cozy, spacious and clean. They offers a wide range of classes for yoga and meditation, and the instructors are highly skilled and friendly. I normally come early to unwind with a cup of tea before taking a class, and the staff also take the time to get to know me. I feel like I am part of a community and I am so glad to have this studio in my neighborhood.

Great neighborhood studio. Friendly, inviting with lots of different yoga classes. Very good price point per class and the facilities are well maintained. Been coming here for 5 years now.
