Mindcloud is an average company. Their services are decent and they deliver what they promise. However, I feel that there is room for improvement in terms of customer support and response time. Overall, it's a satisfactory experience.

I have been using Mindcloud for the past year and I must say it has been a pleasant experience. The website is easy to navigate and their customer support is always helpful. I would definitely recommend Mindcloud to others.
