Its been one year working in this organization. Its been a great experience. Management tries its best to accommodate employees.

A wonderful work place, basically a call center (BPO), employing hundreds of people. Providing opportunity to students who wish to work in night shifts to finance their education.

Nice location. Inner setup is just amazing. It's worth working here.

Mindbridge is the best place I've ever worked! I say this because I'm challenged each day, motivated to do my best and feel supported by my management team. It's a joy coming to work each day!

No job security. Sincerely, please do not join this company.

The worst company I have ever worked with. If you are ready to sell your soul to devil , go ahead and join.
And don't bother writing an email to HR as they don't reply or may be they are not literate enough to read and answer it.

This is in reply to your answer, that I have been writing multiple emails inquiring for my salary but no answer. Even called the HR but they as recruiters, very busy all the time hiring coz nobody dare to stay and work. Any way already contacted my lawyer and first sending a legal notice and then law suit will be filed. Hope to get my calls and emails answered in the court of law.

You people should clear all the things before appointing someone because i haven't earn a single penny in whole month and your management is so bad at all. i dont know what is other's experience but i am talking about my experience that was bad

Its not aprofessional environment to enhance your career. I have worked with several companies in my career of 8 years. Mindbridge has a good name in UNRUPTED Call centers. After working there for more than a year in their management, I would say it stands by what is said about it.

Working here since 2018. Better option as compared to other BPO's

I'm working here and personally I like the professionalism and mechanism of working

Mindbridge on the whole was a good place but i went there for a project related work so had a great experience there the building the cafeteria the atmosphere was good and a place to work and the work environment was outstanding.

Mindbridge is one of the 3rd class call center in whole Pakistan. They are just playing with the money of their customers and just focusing to deduct it from the salary of their employees/agents. I have seen males and specifically females left the company "weeping" without salary. Please stay away because even RS1 is better from their RS50000.

I really don't care what people say about them because I have worked their and I know it personally.
Place is good and it's in the center of city (easily reachable by public transport) and they pay good as well and they rehire really easily, all they have to do is that to improve their environment.

Carporate office. Mainly dealing call center types solutions.

They don't give you money according to the contract and ammount of effort and hours you put in... They always have excuse to deduct...

I've heard they created an enormous headway in terms of getting more work and their journey is still on I wish them luck on that part ..

When it comes to work discipline, they are a bit stringent than other call centres

However, in the longer run it develops ones skill set and turns people who once were Newbeas into real "Aces" of their arenas..

I got employed here in 2012, I was only 19 years old, and today I am 26 years old and still working here in Mindbridge BPO. Honestly, I have seen this company growing in front of my eyes. No doubt, this is a leading BPO at the moment with a vast variety of projects.

I have deducted 2 stars and the reason behind it is actually quite odd, it is odd because I have completed 7 years in this firm and still working here Alhamdulilah with 0 record of any illegal or bad activity Alhamdulilah., but I think I should get an appreciation at least once! I shall be given a chance to work in management at least once! Rest of all, this company is really great and each policy is described briefly before the recruitment process starts so please do not believe in such reviews with 1 or 2 stars which are about policies.
