I want to file a complaint on a specific bus driver for passing a bus stop that I was on, the bus stop didn't have no signs stating it was going to be a detour nor was the street block off. I usually get on this bus every other night by the same bus driver who passed me. The bus driver drives the #23 going northbound and he usually arrives on 2nd & Wisconsin around 11:05PM. How do I file a complaint?

It's a great place to get bus passes have a lot of jobs if your instrument driving buses or being a mechanic go you just have to take the tests make sure you study cuz the tests are not easy but it's awesome place

Not a nice source of transportation to many problem people.
It provides schedule for the buses, we can count on them for any information about buses route and the driver are well trained.we can feel the warm welcome when we enter the buses
The young man they have at the entrance is so rude and not a people person he should not be the first person you see when you enter he should not be at the front door maybe a backroom away from the public but i hate having to go to this place someone happy and welcoming should be at the desk
I use the MCTS app almost every day! I usually only take the bus to school and there has only been one time that the bus didn't come when it said it should have. Ive also taken it to Bayshore and Downtown and had a great experience! Never had a bad driver! I am sure they have to deal with a lot of people so I give them credit! ESP with the way people drive in Milwaukee! Great :)
Every time i call this bus number they say the bus is coming at a certain time xx the bus comes 30 mins later....i stay late for work even if i try to be early
The amount of thoughtful and effective support they gave my blind mother-in-law was amazing. Their well administrated program allows her to be more self-sufficient.
The drivers treat the disabled with respect. The only problem I have is with try to get in. I am a big person and it is a struggle to get in but the drivers are patient. Thank you for the independence.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS (it will cost you more in time and money to try and ride) and DO NOT RELY ON THE SERVICE. Overall I d say I ve riden on the bus with no issues MAYBE 60% of the time, and they don t do anything about it. If only a zero star rating was available...
Worst form of public transportation I have ever used. Drivers don t know their routes: they will skip stops if they feel like it and say you are the one that messed up. They even shut down service one day; they got me to Milwaukee then stopped service for the day, and I had to spend 60$ on an Uber, which I was never reimbursed for because they claim to not be able to reimburse people for that stuff. Finally the supervisors don t try to fix problems: I ve called multiple times for solutions and all I ve gotten is I m sorry, we will look into that, and the response is usually we re not sure why that happened.
Went to put money in transit pass sand get credit the gentleman have excellent customer service. The receptionist was very helpful without info to file a complaint
Horrible service! First the bus left without letting me on and when I report it, they completely deny that I was even there!! Unbelievable! Disgusting liars!
The app is just as useless . It told me the bus will be arriving in 5 minutes. 10 minutes later it said the next bus would be coming in 30 minutes.
The people help me get a new bus pass because i lost mine a couple months ago.
I really hate the FDL- National Blue, Green, Red line drivers because they keep on passing me up on S. 60th & national, etc.
Dangerous looking people on the bus, not a good feeling on the bus. I have to get a car.

You guys shouldn't be changing the bus routes all the time. And there are people who need to be at work on time before 7 on saturdays and sunday. Its kinda bougus.

Go pass for disabled. Costs $5 and then you can use the password to ride all day for $1.

Taking my kids to see a movie bus took so long I looked up the schedule three buses that was suppose to come never came the 3:23pm or 3:53pm so we missed the movie

I take the freeway flyer at college ave. This is the THIRD time we ve gotten on the bus just to be told to get off and go to the other bus because the other one is the correct route. It runs often and has stops all over the county, but the times change often and the times listed on the website are usually out of date.
Never on time. Waited 30 minutes and the bus NEVER came. Did the driver have a heart attack or something? If you can't do your job right, then quit. No body wants crappy workers.
Routes 30 and 30X and 15 going East are really unreliable. Driver tonight (30) sat through 3 lights and made passengers miss the connecting route. As a student who travels late at night going east from Marquette, what is usually a 30-40 minute commute, can turn to 1-2 hour commute. DO BETTER.
Ride too.long and as usual hurtful to my back, I have to sit in the back because I have a mobile chair and I'M ALWAYS ALWAYS dropped off last. There are no shocks on the back of these old vans, these Van's were built to haul cargo and not people.

I have titanium disc in my neck, and back, a femur repair with screws, brackets and rods. I am hindered from going out only to doctors appointments and dentists. I could tolerate it if I didn't have to be the first one picked up, go and pick up others.
Sometimes the van is full and I can ride for two and a half or more to get home. I don't want preferential treatment but this doesn't have to happen every time I leave home. After long agonizing rides I hurt for a couple of days.
Yesterday I rode the bus route #61 #35 #21 it a Beautiful save ride.. I want everyone to know Milwaukee has the most efficent Transit Systems The Boss Population Control Thank You
