Brought my samsung printer for repair. Very poor service from HP customer service hotline. A lot of unnecessary procedure for verification .. very slow.. not helpful.. will try not to buy this printer.

There was no directory. Very difficult to find the hp office. Even at the level where it is, there are no signages.

Poor godam storage building and people trying to setup offices in here. Toilets are not at all good and whole building is like ghost place.

It has HP service centre..place is not very accessible and one needs to walk from main road to reach the place..better go by taxi

It's probably the dirtiest place in Singapore I've been to in my 10 day business trip. Lots of cigarette butts lying around on the floor with open drains. Even the receptionist is old and doesn't talk, points is to boards instead.
