Brenda the receptionist is very rude and unpleasant! I called to seek the supervisor of some of the employees. she transferred me to the employee I'm inquiry about to get there supervisor when the chain of command is provided for her to provide a resolution
I love my program I love mcfi I'm happy to go today I'm up and ready to make my lunch I'll be on my way soon at 7 I'm happy because I love them they love me I will be on my way I'll be leaving
I wasn't happy with the care my daughter received. They didn't try to offer any type of solutions with her behavior. In my mind, a Day Program and the Parents/Guardians are supposed to work together.
