The school is only interested in taking in as many students as possible and making as money as possible. No one there cares about placement or the students. this was a very bad experience for daughter. She Should have gone to ABT TX instead. She was board, not challenged and asked to be taken out so she could dance where she could be challenged.

Krikaoli recommends it! It is a must-go place! Every tourist and native inhabitant should have this great experience. The building is very modern, with substantial, large spaces, comfortable and clean. The staff is very gentle and professional. I went here to see the Nutcracker and it was a remarkable show.

Absolutely terrible school. I did the summer intensive a few years ago and all anybody wants there is money. I was treated with such disrespect that it was disgusting. I had only done the 3 week program, and made a few good friends. The teachers barely taught anything, and none of the teachers paid attention to me in class. When I had a question regarding a combination, the teachers would either roll their eyes or tell me off. Please don't go here, go somewhere else if you want good training with good staff.

I would give less if it were possible - Our Daughter was invited to attend the summer with the possibility of moving forward with the company. Signed her up in March/April - a few weeks later an injury was determined (Originally the hope was it was a fixable injury) by Specialist which has ended her 16 1/2 year dance career. We immediately contacted the company understanding there would be a loss for registration fee, but to not refund $600 + is beyond wrong. There is always exceptional circumstances, and yes people sometimes lie, but we offered to provide doctor documentation, and to be frank I would much rather spend the money and my daughter still have a chance to pursue her dreams. Shame on them, apparently the money means more to them than people or the art.
Thank you for making a horrible situation worse.

I attend ballet all over the region; Chicago, Madison, Rockford. I think Milwaukee Ballet has a program that rivals, and exceeds, the others in the region. I enjoy Milwaukee even more than Joffrey in Chicago.
