Definitely not a fan. They are doing a major pond restoration project here at Ledgebrook Condos after convincing the Board of Directors that they have a wealth of experience and know what they're doing. So far there have been two major incidents:

1) The joint between two pipes was breached sending a shower of sediment onto a deck and elderly woman who was sitting there. The workers had no idea this had happened and it took a while before the woman was able to get anyone's attention. There were no 'spotters' watching to make sure the pipes could withstand the pressure.

2) One of the barriers between the first two containment cells in the dewatering area gave way and the contents spilled onto the road and ran down the driveway between two buildings, and the sidewalk leading to the clubhouse. Fortunately, it did not reach the pool but it was a huge mess that had to be cleaned up by our landscapers.
