Ordered expensive item from their eBay store. 2 months later, no item, can't contact by phone. Not responding to messages on ebay. I realise this is a charity but I need my money back now so I can go somewhere else to buy it. I can't afford to go without this money. This is really starting to cause serious stress now. So disappointing.

Bought something from their eBay store and there's no sign of it. They've deleted all their product listing and stopped responding to emails. I'm in contact with eBay and PayPal to resolve this matter but such an unnecessary headache.

been trying to get an invoice off them since october 2015. My ipad 2 froze which I purchased off them and it came up with someone else's icloud and without proof of purchase the apple store will not restore it. also they never answer emails or phones. not even worth one star. avoid at all costs!
