Usually great service... one minor mistake on a fuel order but it caused a delay for our party. I have faith this was an isolated incident, and will be back.

This place is incredible that s located by the Addison Airport which is nice, classy aircraft and an amazing place to be at. I dropped my stepdad off here and he showed me some cool stuff including the private plane he flies. I didn t get a lot of pictures but the video inside the plane is cool and the some of the pics are right outside the door to this place but the staff was beyond polite and professional and the inside didn t seem to have anything out of place or a single piece of dust or trash in it.

Fantastic line service. Flew in to visit a college for my daughter and were taken care of like we had flown in, in a private jet. Thanks for the wonderful service.

All Fbos should be run as good as Million Air at Addison! I've been to hundreds of fbos across the world and none are even close to the quality of service you get from M.A.

Warning, they charge you parking after plane turn off engine, be it a whole day or 3 minutes.

I cannot say enough good things about this FBO. Everything screams luxury from the moment you roll up. I flew in a Piper Archer and was treated like royalty. Mercedes Benz Crew Car, fast turn, friendly concierge staff. The gas is expensive but you have to remember you are in the metro. If you buy fuel, they waive all other fees. Will definitely be back!

Million Air Addison is great i accidently left my firearm in a rental and they most accommodating to lock up in safe until my return. They always go above and beyond to meet any needs you may have.

Great staff. Incredible facilities! But not enough crew vehicles, and we've been left hungry at airport with no way to go for food.

The staff is amazing here. The facilities are top notch. A pilot's lounge, a workout room with showers, a theater, and a great location at the Addison Airport.

Probably one of the single best fob's I've been to! Also, as a pilot, one of the best pilot lounge areas around too, gym, theater, excellent wifi, and really good cookies.
