These people are terrible to work with, the employer tries to get people working there at around 10 dollars an hour to start with and telling them on interviews that they work 4 days, get Fri, Sat and Sun off but work them 6 days a week 10 hours a day, the place is practically slave labor.
They won't pay competitive higher wages for the type work in the market place.
The Plant Manager is inconsiderate of other people's time but takes off in the middle of doing something that he wants you to do but always saying "I be back, I got to go get my...." and does not come back for the rest of the day.
And he is bad about throwing you under the bus whenever something he does goes wrong.
The shop is dirty, unorganized, chaotic, hazardous, violate safety laws and a big lie when comes to building a career.
Whatever you do avoid this place, they not as honest as they appear.
