We used Miller Flooring about 10 years ago to replace floors that were installed at the time our house was built. The new flooring was installed in our greatroom and still look new! We couldn't be happier with them. We recently used Miller Flooring last year to install prefinished oak flooring in our upstairs hallway and to install a runner for our stairs, both are beautiful! Natale was patient and very easy to work with. We highly recommend them.

We recently replace our carpets on the second floor with beautiful wide plank oak hardwood floors. Anthony was very helpful in the showroom and answered our questions. The work was completed efficiently and beautifully. Minor adjustments to the installation were correted in a timely manner. We love our floors and can t thank Miller Flooring enough. Great choice for residential flooring!!

Miller was referred to me by a family member. I decided to hire Miller to design and lay down new carpet throughout my home. They did an exceptional job and the pricing was very good. I recommend Miller Flooring to anyone in the Philadelphia area

Miller Flooring just completed the third hardwood project for me. At my former home my hardwoods were about 18 years old and worn, and I wanted to add them in the upstairs hall as well. The estimate was competitive, Miller's team did an excellent job and the floors were finished beyond my expectations. 3 years ago, I reached out to them again to put hardwoods in my MBR and office. Again I was more than pleased with the results. When I downsized into a newer townhome and wanted all new hardwoods put in they were the company I turned to. The floor is beautiful. Rich, Anthony and the crew do not disappoint and I would not hesitate to recommend them, Great value, workmanship and service.

We used Miller flooring recently for our new family room rug and my two young boys love it! I had never really sat on the rug with them before but now I love to get down and play as the rug is so comfortable and great quality. The team at Miller was also very responsive, friendly to work with and they had it installed very quickly. We will definitely use them again when we re-do our upstairs!!

We had Miller Flooring as a subcontractor for our remodel. Lesson I learned, MAKE SURE THEY DETAIL everything on paper and only make final payment when you are 100% happy with it!!! I thought Miller Flooring was a reputable company but unfortunately I had to learn the hard way. I will never use them again. I'll echo the other reviewer, massive lack of detail, slow quote turnaround, lack of professionalism, poor quality. Had bamboo flooring put throughout the first floor, and literally within 6 months, started coming apart. Hard to get them back to fix issues. Had to send a "demand letter" or we would file a claim in Civil Court. Such a headache from start to finish. I do not recommend them at all and I advise everyone to STAY AWAY!

Built a new home last year and the flooring sub contractor was Miller flooring. I had a terrible overall experience. There was a massive lack in attention to detail. After meetings a new quote would come back without all the changes reflected. There were significant delays in turning around quotes. After signing our flooring contract and paying the general contractor we received an email over a month later that a tile we selected was discontinued, which I suspect was not ordered by them until then. We took a day off work and scheduled with them to go to their showroom to finalize selections. No representative familiar with our project, or notes from those who were familiar with our project, or even knowledgeable about the levels of product for our contractor were present! We installed a heated floor in our master bathroom, and they did not install the cable under a vanity opening where our feet would be. When questioned about it the first reason given was that it was installed per the standard plan, which I later confirmed is what we have. Then we received a response saying installing it there would void the heated flooring warranty, which I confirmed with the heated flooring manufacturer is false! Other issues: the incorrect carpet installed in our closets. Incorrect carpet installed in one of our spare bedrooms. The runner in our hallway was short pre closing according to our builder, and now it looks still short in my opinion. They did come and fix some issues post closing and Tom was great! However they maintain their position on the heated flooring which appears to be either a lie, a miscommunication by the general contractor, or a complete misunderstanding of the warranty on the product they sell. I have spent more time reviewing, correcting and managing this vendor than I would have liked and still had the above experience. I do not recommend this company.

Edit: 10/10/18 - it s been 5 months since you stated in your response that you were circling back with the appropriate parties . I would assume I m an appropriate party and I heard nothing back. I will be filing a report with the better business bureau and the appropriate consumer protection parties this week.

We used Miller Flooring to add hardwood floors to (3) rooms in our home plus refinish existing floors in another (3) rooms on our first floor. The key criteria for our decision was "full service" meaning furniture moving, floor install/stain and then replacing the furniture. We had to coordinate alternate living arrangements due to the scope of the work. The team from Miller's was on schedule from start to finish (this was a 1 1/2 week job). Mike was fantastic with his patience as we chose our stain color (narrowed down 9 choices to 1.) Our floors look awesome and we are extremely pleased with the work.

We had vinyl flooring done by Millers. They did an excellent job of leveling the floor and then install the flooring with no visible seams. The finished job is pictured below. Highly recommend Miller Flooring for their prompt service.

They host dodgeball in the winter and I think they should have credit for being such an awesome company!

Tried installing hardwood with no underlayment. Had several follow ups for face nailed boards popping up. The way the underlayment was carelessly put down still pisses me off.

We used Miller flooring a year ago for both the refinishing of wood floors and replacement of tile/carpet on our entire first floor. We worked with Anthony, who helped me select carpet choices that would be durable and stain-resistant with two young children, and our new wood floors and refinished floors were matched and look beautiful. Their team also laid out my foyer tile in a herringbone design. The finished product was even better than I expected! I was impressed with their selection of choices, ability to be flexible with our moving schedule and fair pricing. I look forward to using their team again for future projects!

Miller Flooring did a great job on the hardwood for our basement renovation. They helped us pick out a dark engineered hardwood that was perfect our situation. It looks great, it's durable, and has some give to it, which is ideal for us because we have kids. They made themselves available anytime we had questions and their work was efficient, clean, and professional. I'd recommend them to anyone considering a floor or carpet installation project. - John
