Because I attend it 3..4 times a week, everything is clean, comfortable parking, good personal trainers .. Machines always efficient showers always in order, what about the ladies of receptions .. Always a smile on your lips and very kind.

In my opinion ... the best gym in Brescia open every day, courses by number one, large room with numerous tools, which despite the presence of numerous members you can always train without waiting for the desired machine to be released, friendly staff but above all prepared.
The numbers 1 and they know it, so the subscription price is higher than the norm.

Starting from the general room assistance that I do not think I have received and the senseless and disproportionate increase in monthly passes has led me to give one and only one star to this organization that I will never attend again!
human contact that should also apply at the expense of numbers sometimes should be put in the foreground and does not happen here - which you would not expect from a "known" or deemed sports center.

I made the water fitness subscription and I found it good to attend classes in the morning. There are very qualified professionals. The fact that there is no chlorine in the water makes the activity pleasant and certainly go out without the smell of chlorine is magnificent :)

You can run all the gyms you want, but then leave your heart because the value for money is the best ever, I would go back today

I immediately found myself well, just what I wanted. After 3 meetings with the personal I felt free to manage my training, keeping the card with the recommended exercises as a guide. Beautiful environment, perfect pool and very functional and pleasant spa area always very quiet. I hope to be able to come as many days as possible for my well-being.

(I think the only gym that even in hot weather does not feel smell of sweat). The pool and spa are very well managed. I was in this gym for a kickboxing stage and I must say that it is one of the best gyms in Brescia. There is also an indoor swimming pool, modern tools, staff available, finally the changing rooms and the showers really very clean and well kept. As for the costs, they are adequate for the service you request. Finally, the Lioness of Brescia basketball players also train at the Millennium.

Discreet gym in Brescia. The only drawback that can become a real problem is the following! I recommend air conditioning turned on from the first heat. Otherwise it really becomes torture to train for both the humidity and the temperature. Usual speech: those who may be cold can cover those who are hot cannot remove their skin!
The air conditioner is better, a bit stronger then less. Alas in Italy properly air-conditioned rooms are still a chimera. Other than that, everything is perfect. GYM practically not air-conditioned. OR AIR CONDITIONERS REGULATED ABOVE 27 DEGREES. IT IS TOO ALWAYS AND TOO HOT.

Update: spent the summer with the usual problems of failure and real Air Conditioning after 10 years I only renewed for a month while I can't find a new air-conditioned center seriously. I am sorry but I am no longer willing to make myself nervous, much less to force myself to go in the hot months to a center that in the absence of SERIOUS and REAL AND PERCEPTIBLE air conditioning ends up becoming a stable.
In a serious center there must be 4 things including a serious air conditioner (kept at at least 24 real degrees) after 10 years nothing has changed.

I have been attending this center for years and I have seen how the quality has diminished over time. Fantastic structure, instructors not always up to par, little respect for customers and little organization. courses canceled without warning and replaced with a completely different activity because anyway "it does the same" and in the last few years, starting from May, the air conditioning is turned off, so there are open windows, it doesn't matter if the rate of humidity is 90% and if you take drafts in your back. discuss with other customers about open doors or closed doors ... all while the instructors pretend not to hear.
