From my opinion this ISP is not for local user. They don't care the local users and there service quality is too bad. If you face problem today and you call them for solve it, sure your connection will be ready after 1 week. According to local users, don't waste your time and money by connect with there service. Hope you can take another ISP service. I know there are always problem with each ISP connection. But others customer service is too good. Other ISP's solve problems within 24-48 hours. I used millennium, Anik, creative IT, comilla net, my net and now Doze. Waiting for next. They sell 1mb bandwidth 2000BDT, where govt. selling 625BDT. They sell real IP 500BDT per month, where govt. selling 250BDT per year. Yes govt sell 250BDT/year.
I remember one thing, i went there office for an IP sharing issue. I was facing human verification problem continuously. Around 2months, it was my headache and i contact there engineer about this issue. According to there engineer, my line was fine and they have nothing to do. Even i had no google server speed. I am using 2 laptop, 1desktop in my home and their engineer tell me its my PC issue? Ok, its my pc issue, but all of them? They scam, fraud.

I am new user But I did not realize that their services could be so damn bad. If you call them care, there is no problem, just seeing it again and again. Sometimes the phone does not say anything, cut it off. After taking a new line, it took 4 days to give their user ID.
Let everyone say no one should take their service ...

Their service is too poor. And connection fee is too high

This is a mix up of both bad and good because some people say it's the best and some doesn't and you have to choose on your own and in my eye they need some improvement and then I think it will be the best

The Worst ISP ever in mymensingh. F***** ISP server for the local user. I used 5 Mb/s off Internet connection and get only 0.5 Mb/s of Speed.

Best Internet Service provier Mymensingh Division, largest FTP Service

No words can be found in their words. It is supposed to give you 2.5 Mbps speed at Tk 120. But, other than youtube, it takes 12 pm to load any site And since 6 months ago they have been promoting their speeds like 4Mbps at Tk 120, also keeping it on their website but still have not paid that speed. It seems to me that they are keeping the customer at the risk of giving them more speed, in fact nothing. So they have to be excluded from the month ahead ...

In this quarantine, I couldn t buy single piece of product. As in they are not selling any monitors without buying all the equipments for a computer needs to be built. However, Consumers come first they failed to deliver a service in this great pandemic.

Worst service experience I ever had. No matter what they will never help you on the the first attempt. They seem to behave like we are idiots and know nothing bout bandwidth. They don't come up with bdx connectivity. Whenever weather gets dark, no matter electricity goes off or not but their connection breaks down. And they are so harsh with customers that it's like it's our basic need and can overcome with only by them. I will not suggest to go with them.
