Informal and quiet place, very kind managers, simple and good food, reasonable prices. All in the wonderful setting of the Margherita Gardens, near the turtle bridge. The only flaw is the poor cleanliness of the toilets (I hope it was a case). Recommended

The Chalet bar is a good bar but nothing more, its nice thing is that the atmosphere has always been the same for 40 years now ... the gardens are the gardens and the gardens bar always brings back to the "ancient" atmospheres of high school times !!

Very bad experience! Maybe in the summer it will also be nice but in winter, especially for New Year's Eve, I strongly advise against it. Especially because the organizer has always made fun of us for two years in a row telling us that there were warm-ups, when there was nothing at all and we died of cold. The rest is ok, usually local with good music and freebar but I will never go back there, especially to not race for other people who don't deserve them.

Do not bother with the cafe on the bridge, it has good views of the lake and the turtles on it, but poor service, poor food, and not overly cheap. A chicken Caesar salad with no Caesar dressing, huh? Maybe it s just me but that s a key ingredient.

Very expensive prices, certainly justified by the position. To this, however, I have to add that maybe I visited him on a bad day, but my experience was also negative in terms of taste of food, really nothing special and certainly not a gastronomic experience that I would do again, especially in relation to the cost . According to the negative experience was the bathroom whose toilet was filled with paper and excrement, I take into account my possible misfortune in my negative experience and to this I add the awareness that the prices are appropriate to the location, so I will just give 3 stars to what in reality was a 1 star experience that I would never do again.
As for the staff, I also didn't have a great time, but even here the bad days are there for everyone and I can't rely on a single visit, on the other hand the very beautiful and fresh location that surely mitigated the negativity of the experience itself

Local located in the middle of the gardens on the pond, prices slightly above average; do not make services at the table so you have to be careful not to get stolen and in some products do not use the quality brand but a cheaper one, selling it at the same price. Good local but could be worth more.

The place is nice, the sandwiches are good, but the bartenders are scruffy and look dirty ... certainly one in particular should not be behind a counter to serve food in my opinion ...

The organizer of the evening made fun of us by telling us that there would be re-heating this year, but in reality as soon as we arrived we realized that the temperature inside was lower than the one outside!
I strongly advise you against this event, but as a local it is very beautiful!
