Strategic position, wonderful place even just one coffee here has the power to make you feel good

I celebrated a beautiful New Year, not thanks to you though: for two and I say TWO years in a row there was not a minimum of warming, they were -5 degrees inside, it was almost warmer to stay outside in the gardens.
The worst thing was the party organizer's teasing that after the first year had assured us that the heating (more precisely the heat-generating cannons) would be installed before this New Year, which was not made.
The bartenders and the free bar have not disappointed but when you suffer so much cold like last night with people who feel really bad for lack of the right warmth and if you go dancing with jackets, everything loses quality and fun!
I can only assure you that I will never go back to throwing my money for such a bad party and I hope that this review will get as many people as possible to avoid a bad New Year.

I agree with Mr. Delia and Mr. David, we celebrated a degree, actually looked like a Chinese bar and I have not seen this shalett. How do they allow themselves to call shalett such a place! We paid a lot and ate little and badly, too much for having paid 20 euros each, with that money in other places we eat better !!!

Good place to buy a sandwich or a hot dish when you go to the gardens.
They have reasonable prices, because of the agreement with the Municipality and the quality of the food is good.
They have outdoor tables, even in the shade.

Depending on the days and times, it can be a little chaotic. It is a bar / cafeteria, able to offer an appreciable restaurant service (sandwiches, toasts, small pizzas ...). Above all, the possibility of stopping to consume everything in a place, inside the Margherita Gardens, relaxing, especially in the days of early and late summer, when you can enjoy the perfect temperatures to stay outdoors (but even in the height of summer, it is an oasis of salvation against the scorching heat of the city center).

From the shores of the pond you can sip a drink while watching dozens of turtles of all sizes. Very fun for children and adults.

There is a nice atmosphere, many beautiful girls and nice people, easygoing.

Park located not far from the center, if one wants to rest from so much monument, churches, paintings ..., you can take advantage of a leisurely stroll through there to gather strength to continue with the cultural visits through that fantastic Bologna.

Compared to what we saw on previous occasions, I found the most neat and clean hotel, with good organization for self-service and a good availability pastries and sandwiches.

Location accessible in a discreetly comfortable being in proximity of the avenues that surround the historic center. The organized evenings are generally very nice and the location is perfect for nighttime events because it is large but not dispersive. Recommended, even if the cocktails could be made better ... even the evenings with special guests.

My favorite club in Bologna. Partially open-air, so avoid it in bad weather. But on beautiful evenings, it beats any other club in the Bologna area as the modern interior has a light, vacationy feel. Music is a bit more Americanized than other clubs too, which makes the music more danceable for me. Also not expensive.

For two small beers at 7.60, finding the toilet without paper and two fingers of piss on the ground was scandalous ... Take it away unless the pond outside (the only attraction) was not done by you.

It is also open in winter. Nice place, on the water. Unfortunately, the toilets are often filthy. And mosquitoes are ravenous.

The place is informal and suitable to go in groups as long as you do not expect, since it is located in the middle of the Margherita gardens and surrounded by an artificial basin with water games turtles fish, to find something elegant. The bar and outdoor tables remained 40 years ago.
I took a spritz at lunchtime and poured me in a glass full of ice only Aperol and prosecco without any appetizers and moreover the bartenders are rude and without personality.

I gave four stars only for the location in Self. Because it is surrounded by greenery, with a pond (dirty, but I think it belongs to the municipality), fish and turtles. For the rest I have to say that bar service is scarce. After a while I sat with some friends and no one calculated us, we got up and went to get things for ourselves to drink. The staff was there, but nobody served us. For the rest there is everything, the food is also very good and the prices are quite moderate.

A really nice place to have a coffee, surrounded by greenery and the pond that is located there, but also to spend an evening, since free bar parties are often organized. I went to one of these for a carnival and I must say I had a lot of fun, despite the long line to get cocktails (on the other hand, it's the price to pay for the free-bar).

No table service, Chinese bar set-up, inside and out. Very rude staff. As always, being smart and lucky in position doesn't allow you to treat customers badly, but despite everything: don't you feel bad about doing it? Do you find it so pleasant?

I was with a friend of mine ... a cold green tea in a plastic bottle 2.80 at the discount PENNY costs a maximum of 50 cents !!! You are lousy thieves ... 2 euros more !!! But are you normal ???
