Millennium Chirpractic is the only clinic I would use. Dr. Whitelaw is so knowledgeable and professional. He is also a very friendly person in general. I wouldn t go to anyone else for my chirpracic needs. 5/5 from me!
After only my first visit Dr. Sence has me feeling like a teenager again. My neck and lower back are constantly in pain from just regular old life happening. One visit here (where all of the staff is incredible) with Dr. Sence and getting set up for regularly scheduled appointments and I'm a brand new man! It was with deep contemplation I write this review. All of the doctors here are upstanding and their concern for their patients is incredible. The therapists are amazing and helpful and so polite warm and courteous. I would recommend anyone come here for pain. Now to my review, my husband has seen me in pain for a week and got slightly discouraged when he seen 9 people go back and me sitting in the lobby in pain. He wrote on my personal fb post that he felt it unacceptable for me to be in pain just sitting there and he shared. Well after this a very young lady who we had seen walking around the office flip flopping her hair back and forth laughing and acting like she ran the place came out into the lobby area and asked for me by name and put me on blast in front of staff and other patrons for the comment my husband put that I was completely unaware of. She stated we have to put all new patients in the system and that was the reason for the delay. In her smug, arrogant attitude allow me to now say this, Dr. Walker, whitelaw, and Pritchitt are upstanding in their work and your professionalism, lack of courtesy, rudeness and lack of sympathetic customer service reflects on those good people that work hard at that clinic. As I am sure you are the "office manager" considering you saw the post could have handled that much more respectful than you did. If you are going to work in an fine place with good people remember how you treat patients reflects on those who do not deserve this kind of treatment. I hope that with this review it is brought to everyone's attention that you need to be more respectful and courteous. I will be back because I trust the doctors and theripists there who work hard to heal and I hope that no one ever has to be embarrassed or humiliated like the way you treated me yesterday. I am now blasting you the way you did me in hopes that with your background this will be a learning lesson for you because the great people that work their do not need yo be in poor reflection of you.

I absolutely love Millennium Chiropractic. They are all amazing. Dr Walker saved me from having migraines with my last pregnancy. That was over 4 years ago and I still go as much as possible to get adjusted. The staff are all so sweet and helpful. I cannot recommend this place enough!!!

I also live in Bentonville/Rogers area about 40 minutes away now (I lived in Fayetteville when I began going to Dr. Walker) and I will continue to make that drive because I trust Dr. Walker.

I chose Dr.Sence because of his dry needling technique. Absolutely worth the visit. My shoulder and neck had been bothering me for over a year and a half. Turning my head, as well as looking up and down had become severely limited. After he was done, I was amazed at how much my range of motion had increased. No, the needles do not hurt. And the effects are awesome!

Very safe experience from entry to exit. The staff and doctors are all very professional and friendly. I am saving money because I need less appointments than what I was having with my previous chiropractor. I am saving time and have actual hours and days of relief from chronic pain. I got an x-ray first and started a plan to reduce the inflammation permanently. I have had adjustments, ultrasound, and other benefiting therapies. I highly recommend visiting Dr. Walker and the nice folks at Millennium.

millennium chiropractic has done a phenomenal job since Covid started, everyone wears a mask, they ask you three question is when you enter the door about Covid contact, and they take your temperature. They also take the staff temperature throughout the day. They clean everything and they re great chiropractors.

I see Dr. Pritchett at Millennium and he is so wonderful. I can tell that he is very passionate about his profession. I have been seeing him for a couple of months now and it is evident, at each visit, that Dr. Pritchett takes the time to get to know his patients and specific needs. I feel welcome and respected at every visit and I trust Dr. Pritchett s expertise. Since going, I have continually felt better following my visits and following through with the exercises he gives me to use at home. The technicians I see following Dr. P have also been incredible. They always explain what they are doing before they do it and make sure that I m comfortable and assure me that they are just a holler away, if I need anything. I have found my chiropractor home for as long as I m in Fayetteville.

I schedule an appointment for 3:30 and it takes 45 minutes to complete an appointment at max and I started my new job at 4:30. I get there EARLY telling them this information. They said they have 2 other people for the same doctor scheduled at the same time. I waited for 20 minutes to get in and then left bc I knew I was going to be late. They should have times scheduled for one person so you are guaranteed not to wait around and waste your time. This was a huge disappointment to me today coming here.
I have been extremely impressed with Dr. Sense and the rest of the staff. Dr. Sense has an excellent bedside manner, takes his time explaining the problem and treatment, and genuinely cares about getting his patients back to being healthy. The therapists in the treatment room are attentive and do a great job at setting up the therapy and being sure that the patient is comfortable.
