It was with deep contemplation I write this review. All of the doctors here are upstanding and their concern for their patients is incredible. The therapists are amazing and helpful and so polite warm and courteous. I would recommend anyone come here for pain. Now to my review, my husband has seen me in pain for a week and got slightly discouraged when he seen 9 people go back and me sitting in the lobby in pain. He wrote on my personal fb post that he felt it unacceptable for me to be in pain just sitting there and he shared. Well after this a very young lady who we had seen walking around the office flip flopping her hair back and forth laughing and acting like she ran the place came out into the lobby area and asked for me by name and put me on blast in front of staff and other patrons for the comment my husband put that I was completely unaware of. She stated we have to put all new patients in the system and that was the reason for the delay. In her smug, arrogant attitude allow me to now say this, Dr. Walker, whitelaw, and Pritchitt are upstanding in their work and your professionalism, lack of courtesy, rudeness and lack of sympathetic customer service reflects on those good people that work hard at that clinic. As I am sure you are the "office manager" considering you saw the post could have handled that much more respectful than you did. If you are going to work in an fine place with good people remember how you treat patients reflects on those who do not deserve this kind of treatment. I hope that with this review it is brought to everyone's attention that you need to be more respectful and courteous. I will be back because I trust the doctors and theripists there who work hard to heal and I hope that no one ever has to be embarrassed or humiliated like the way you treated me yesterday. I am now blasting you the way you did me in hopes that with your background this will be a learning lesson for you because the great people that work their do not need yo be in poor reflection of you.
