Played it a week after it opened for the season. Incredible practice area and range. Impeccable conditioning (tee boxes, fairways, greens) bunkers just need to dry out more. Greens are very quick! Very strategic. Impressive elevation changes. One of my Top 3 public courses in Rochester area. And at $30 for 18 with cart after 12pm during the week. Can't wait to play again when foliage comes in and heather stands up. On par with Greystone.

Course quality has slipped a little since I last played it 2 years ago. Interesting, challenging layout, but conditions were spotty. Greens were average, sand traps are mostly dirt and the fairways are thin in spots and not mowed in others. With the other courses in the area in great shape I expected the same.

Quality and level of difficulty is comparable to Ravenwood, Greystone, and Bristol Harbour. It is the lowest cost of the top tier public golf courses in the Rochester area. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. You really can't go wrong playing here.

Maintenance not where it should be same grounds keeper but only half the staff got to wonder where the money is going. The rates are the same. Wonder if the new owners are just pocketing the money. Have been playing there since it opened and probably not going back till maintenance gets better.

Mill Creek is one of Rochester's hidden gems, partly because it's so far out in the boonies. It's a great layout with a ton of challenging holes, and depending on which way the wind is blowing the fairways can be a little tricky to hit. The par threes are long, usually playing between 180 and 200, so don't expect to be hitting pitching wedges in for easy birdie putts. The clubhouse, staff, and facilities are all top notch and well worth the price.

Driving range was exceptional, unfortunately I wasn't able to get out before the league so standby for more review to come. As far as the range, beautiful practice green, nice grass tees, a chipping green, and a practice bunker. Awesome place to go if you just need to get an hour of practice in.

New ownership presents poor quality. Sand traps are not manicured or maintained. Weed growth is abundant in tees, greens and fairways. An overall lack of respect as to what this golf course once was.

Very over priced for what you are getting.
Will not play here again.

Hands down the best public golf course on the westside of rochester. This is a tough course with excellent fairways and very fast greens. This course is very challenging, unforgiving and not good for beginners. There are multiple two tier fairways, two tier greens, and plenty of heather/fescue to hit into if you don't place your shots appropriately. I highly suggest playing this course if you appreciate a challenging well designed course.

Good course for those who can hit their drives straight, no forgiveness for slices etc. Fairway sand traps were weed free and greens sand bunkers were really soft. Feet sunk down at least 4 inches. Price with cart off times for 18 holes ran $37. No water on course, but carts do have 2 bottles included.

I bought a bucket of balls for $10. Turned out they were water balls or balls that they found in the woods. Some of the balls actually had square dimples. The last square dimple ball i remember was from the 60's . Absolutely disgusted. I will never go back

Course is in good shape. Greens roll true and are reasonably fast. Fairways in good shape short of lots of heavy downpours lately but drained well. Pace under 4 hours with a full course. All good!

Beautiful course, scenic and challenging. Well maintained. Great elevation changes, huge sand bunkers, generally large greens. Slightly expensive for the area, but not outrageous, it's probably in line given course quality.

Mill Creek was the perfect location for our wedding 9/16/2017. We worked with Leslie throughout the planning process and the day of our wedding. Leslie was professional, responsive, and amazing to work with. Our wedding day was better than we could ever imagine thanks to Leslie and her team.

Always well taken care of. Great layout, beautiful course. The price reminds me more of playing in a city like Denver.....but without GPS in the carts and use of the range included in the purchase.

Played here for the first time in two years. It has deteriorated so much that I don't think I'll go back. The course was so poorly maintained there were actually 4-5 inch tall weeds on the tee boxes.

Played this morning. First time at the course this year. The course is fun and has a great layout however the conditions are nowhere near what they were a few years ago or when they first opened. Fairways are getting burnt out in places and the tee boxes and bunkers need some serious attention. Certainly doesn t help that folks don t repair divots. Definitely not worth the $50. There are a dozen courses in Rochester that are in better condition for less price.

Fantastic course! Played for 2 weeks in Scotland last year. Why bother?? This course close to Rochester is a fabulous links course. The views are some of the best you will find anywhere in the world. July & August in upstate NY is pretty perfect and this is a gem. Challenging , extremely well run & maintained.

Terrible customer service through the pro shop. Booked through golf now and was called by the course to tell me they were too busy to honor my tee time as I was makeing the 45 minute drive out to the course. No refund or rain check was given. What a joke...

Played here last Saturday with my two sons. Made the trip from buffalo ny. Well worth the trip. Staff was friendly and helpful, very nice practice facility that compliments a beautiful and picturesque golf course. Course was in very good shape including greens, fairways and bunkers. Course layout was challenging but fair. Would definitely consider making the trip here again for a second time.

Played a tournament here. Had minimal interaction with the staff, but the few I ran into were friendly and helpful. The course was beautiful. It was challenging and has lots of places to lose balls if you aren't careful. Would play here again.

Course is in great shape, and the greens roll true. Fantastic bargain at $40 for 18 and cart. Deerfield and Mill Creek ARE the 2 best courses on the westside of the county. 2 totally different courses though.

We could not have been more happy with the setting, service, and amenities that Mill Creek had to offer for our wedding! It was too easy to choose them as our venue with the picture perfect landscape everywhere you looked, the delicious catering on site, and all the friendly staff members. The ceremony on the hill had gorgeous views, especially with the leaves changing colors! Chris and Leslie are a wonderful couple that helped us plan our perfect day :) The food was amazing and they had many wonderful options to choose from, it almost made it hard to pick! We had our reception under the tent, heaters provided for the chilly weather, with plenty of room for all our guests to eat, drink, have fun, and dance the night away! We would wholeheartedly recommend them to any bride and groom year round :)
