I love Dr. Reigel. I have been to most of the Doctors here and they are all great. But I really like Dr. Reigel because he makes sure that I am following my proper healthcare needs. He is kind and understanding & the best Doctor I have ever been to. I will be a lifer customer!

Receptionists are always pleasant, even when bus . Nursing staff is fantastic. My family doctor is more than anyone could ask for. My family has been seeing him for over 20 years
Saw an orthopedist as a new patient (Michael Lee). Felt like he lacked any concern for my visit.
Literally spent less than 5 minutes with me. Asked me maybe 3 questions. Touched my knee for about 30 seconds.
Gave me two options:
1. It doesn't look bad today. Do nothing. 2. Get an MRI if we wanted to learn more.
I took time to look him up because his reviews seemed good. But after leaving, I felt like I could have seen any sort of doctor, let alone an orthopedist and just have gotten an MRI.
Felt, in a weird way, my trust in this healthcare provider was lost. I felt like he didn't care at all.
We don't go to the doctor very often and we have had a regular doctor there for many years, Dr. Price, he is respectful and nice and understands our family needs.
However, we were notified about the need for one of my kids to get a physical for school sports, and Dr. Price wasn't available so we got an appointment with Dr. Bobba because she was available. It was just a school phsyical after all.
On the reminder call I was told "don't forget ins card and photo ID for parent (not sure why exactly, we've been going there for >10 years). Upon arrival my wife is asked for the school physical form that they did not tell us we needed.
While in the appointment Ms. Bobba was pushing vaccines, tried loading my daughter up with 3 or 4 that she did not need and pressed the need for HPV & Meningitis, using scare tactics.
Dr Stukovsky, good guy, have seen Dr Bacon as well and like I said earlier, Dr. Price is our family doctor but I will never get another appointment with Ms. Booba
Worst experience...Not kind at all... We took appointment for my husband as he is having very high fever and chills. We went to clinic 5 min late as we had issue with the car. My husband was literally shivering with high fever and requested to accept but these people are not kind enough to see what is the patient's condition. They cancelled my husband's appointment saying we were late. We finally had to go to urgent care to treat him. I don't suggest this clinic for anyone.
I just moved to WA and was struggling to find a primary care doc that had decent ratings. When I called Mill Creek Family Practice, I was pleasantly surprised by my experience in scheduling an appointment. The woman at the front desk was helpful and kind. She was even able to schedule me within the same week as a first-time patient. I went in today and had my appointment with Dr. Rigel. He was so friendly & personable. He actually conversed with me and answered my questions, which is a rarity in the medical field these days. Dr. Rigel seemed like such a down-to-earth person who really knows his stuff. All this to say, I was very happy with my experience and now am at ease knowing that I have a PCP here in WA
Got the message I qualify for the Covid Vaccine from the State of Washington and they put Mill Creek Family Practice as the top result nearest to me. They stated it was updated 3 mins ago with appointments available. I call the practice and I was told rudely they don't have the vaccine. I said that is fine, how about anytime later in the month and the response was we won't have any appointments this month.
The issue here that is frustrating, is the lady answering the phone was so rude about it. I am sure she is tired of fielding calls, but the State has put this practice down as a place taking appointments. It is not our fault we are calling you hopeful for a vaccine. The rude treatment wasn't necessary nor was the snarky remark to asking about later in the month. I am legitimately trying to do the right thing and make an appointment that is convenient for both of us and get the vaccine.
There is no reason to be rude to anyone during these trying times. You need empathetic and helpful staff or a better service or you need to sever your relationship with the State if you have no more vaccine or intention to get any as you so succinctly stated.
Very disappointed off lately with the patient service. The reception staff are very unpleasant to talk to. Getting a prescription refill or an appointment scheduled is like asking for a big favor to them. The response is to end the call quickly, and not to address the problems patients are dealing with.
My husband and I have been visiting there for past 4 years only because of Dr. Bacon (highly recommend), but we are not happy with the front office service off lately.
Mill Creek family practice is an excellent clinic! I am a chiropractor in Mill Creek and suggest all my patients that need a family doctor see Dr. bacon and the provider staff at Mill Creek family practice. We love them and all our patients love them. Excellent staff and facility!
