Bill Anderson was very knowledgeable and Courteous. My solar system was installed almost 3 years ago. I have had no problems with the system and works just as it was designed. Any question I had before and after the installation know matter how stupid it was Bill answered it with a smile. I had 3 other companies give me bids. Bill wasn't the cheapest but I could tell he was the most honest.
Milestone has just finished the installation of our 14KW PV system. The county permitting had put a hitch in the install plan, but Bill Anderson the owner came out the day before construction was to start and explained the issue and how it would be worked out at no additional charges. The crew came out next next day on schedule and did the install on the roofs in 3 days efficiently and safely. They were very neat and professional answering any questions we had during the install. I know about construction as I was in the industry for 45 years from a laborer to a regional manager. I appreciated the crews obvious knowledge of what they were doing and my wife and I are very pleased with the final product. Milestone SOLAR CONSULTANTS were very unprofessional from the field employees to the management. They displayed poor communication skills and production in the field. A severe lack of understanding and knowledge on how to properly seal and waterproof a compromised roofing system from installation of SOLAR equipment !the company displayed a total disregard for proper safety etiquette while working. Not adhering to OSHA guidelines .performance was extremely slow due to the lack of understanding and knowledge on how to work with different SOLAR components.the work crew continually cursed and belittled one another thru out the day as too why the job was not getting completed properly. There was drug abuse quite often in the work vehicles as well on the job sites. I have been in the residential and commercial roofing field for 25 years and I do not trust the ability of the company to assure that the roofing system of the property will not be venerable to severe leaks and structural damage from lack of integrity and work ethic .
Milestone did a great job installing my 17 Kw system. Bill was very professional, he and Rachel answered all my questions. Completed projected as quoted. Very knowledgeable about the industry.
