Milestone SOLAR CONSULTANTS were very unprofessional from the field employees to the management. They displayed poor communication skills and production in the field. A severe lack of understanding and knowledge on how to properly seal and waterproof a compromised roofing system from installation of SOLAR equipment !the company displayed a total disregard for proper safety etiquette while working. Not adhering to OSHA guidelines .performance was extremely slow due to the lack of understanding and knowledge on how to work with different SOLAR components.the work crew continually cursed and belittled one another thru out the day as too why the job was not getting completed properly. There was drug abuse quite often in the work vehicles as well on the job sites. I have been in the residential and commercial roofing field for 25 years and I do not trust the ability of the company to assure that the roofing system of the property will not be venerable to severe leaks and structural damage from lack of integrity and work ethic .
