Great realtime reporters and videographers and they cover the entire state. Turn around time on transcripts was the quickest I have ever experienced.

Our law office has used MileStone | Reporting Company almost exclusively since 2008. They are a full spectrum agency that can assist with court reporting, service of process, mediation hosting, among other services. They are competitively priced and extremely responsive, often able to staff emergencies or sudden needs with 24 hours notice or less. For depositions, you have the option to record video for a very small fee, and to synchronize video with transcription using a proprietary software solution that makes presenting deposition testimony in court compelling and user-friendly. MileStone will also coordinate and set up remote video conference depositions, phone depositions, and other difficult situations including out of state, securing everything needed such as a local notary or court reporter.

What makes MileStone unique, however, is their focus on client experience. Both I and our law office staff ALWAYS feel like an extremely valued client of MileStone. Its staff of reporters and support personnel are super friendly, and because of all of this, we are loyal and will always give them our business!
