The guys did a great job on installing my daughter s fence at her new home!! Miles Fence installed our fence also, quality work, better than their competitors!! Would highly recommend them!! Excellent!!!
We waited 2.5 months for them to come build our fence which we were very understanding with. There was trash left all over the place during installation which was blown onto school property near us so we had to go pick it up. Two weeks after installation there was panels coming off of the beams due to warped wood. We have called to get it fixed and the owner said he would be by next week to personally fix it because he knew it was their mistake. It has been two weeks since he said that. We have tried multiple times to call and left voicemails. They are avoiding our calls. It is understandable to a certain point if we are being pushed back due to certain projects but this is too far. Half assed company did a half assed job and now they don t want to own up to it.
Miles Fence did a really nice job on our fence. The price was reasonable and the product seems good so far. The two young men who installed the fence were great. They worked hard and paid attention to detail. They were so proud of their work!
We bought a new home a year ago and needed help adding fencing and replacing a gate for this new house as the old one was damaged and falling apart. The owner came out and did the assessment, was very helpful around what materials to pick and design options and durability which I really appreciated. He was also very upfront about that with COVID materials were running behind. I got quotes from 4 Different fence companies and he was not only some of the best pricing but had the best design and clear layout. Also all the other companies had the same materials issues so its not an issue for them, just the world we live in. The day they got all the materials, they called and were able to come the next day to start the work. They did all the work very very quickly and professionally and took extra care to clean up from the digging and other work that they did. I could not be more happy and cannot recommend them enough.

My husband and I had the absolute best experience with Miles fence co and we never even met them in person! We handled all business over the phone and they went above and beyond to help us find the perfect gate for our new fenced in backyard at the most reasonable price! They had an aluminum gate in stock the height we were looking for that had previously been temporarily used and offered to sell it to us at cost! They trusted me to have my fencing guy come pick it up and send me an invoice after never even meeting me. Very easy to work with and super professional. My fence guy even bragged on the place saying it was a super neat place and told us to check it out sometime. We are so thankful we stumbled upon this place online and are so pleased with our gate!
Great response and communication initially, but then was ghosted after the gate was to have been ordered. Very frustrating to have to start the entire process over.
They were scheduled to arrive for a Back Yard fence estimate and were a no call no show. This comes after they even called to confirm today s appointment last week. This wasted my morning as I took time from work to make this appointment. No one even answered the office phone after multiple attempts to check to see why they were not here.
We were very happy with the service we Received from Miles fence company. We needed a fence moved immediately due to the sale of our home. We received a quote and service on the same day when no one else could even fit us in for months. We are very thankful for Jay and would definitely recommend the company.

Very professional team that worked quickly and made sure we were happy with our decorative aluminum fence and gate. The pandemic caused a shortage of materials but they stayed in communication with us while we waited for the order. Very happy with our fence and decision.
