We waited 2.5 months for them to come build our fence which we were very understanding with. There was trash left all over the place during installation which was blown onto school property near us so we had to go pick it up. Two weeks after installation there was panels coming off of the beams due to warped wood. We have called to get it fixed and the owner said he would be by next week to personally fix it because he knew it was their mistake. It has been two weeks since he said that. We have tried multiple times to call and left voicemails. They are avoiding our calls. It is understandable to a certain point if we are being pushed back due to certain projects but this is too far. Half assed company did a half assed job and now they don t want to own up to it.
