Wonderful experience! We are a fair distance from the store but during the Corona precaution period needed help with a "curbside" pick up for safety. Wow. Kind and understanding and easy to use. I have tried to accomplish with other stores for other products that we need and experience a reaction that is rude and as if I am being lazy with no understanding of being high risk. I so appreciate the kind response at Milan! From now on we'll make the hike and shop this store! My thanks - you made things a bit brighter during the ugly time!

I had a big wish list from a horse rescue that have taken in 10 rescues that are horribly emaciated from starvation and neglect. I wanted to do as much as I could afford, and the staff there helped me get the most for my money. I can't thank them enough for helping me help these horses!!!

Prices are great. The staff is always super friendly. The only down side would be not being able to order online. I also couldn't find a catalog of their products online. However you can call ahead and order and be completely contactless. The staff is also very good at helping find the right product for your needs online even if your need is bedding for a rodent rather then a horse or cow.

I m a truck driver and I needed some supplies for the pup, so I searched online and chose this place because it s not a big chain. It s friendly people who are truly genuine. Very happy with the positive environment, everyone is super friendly and the prices are great! Came in with my pup and everyone was just loving him. Very happy with the service. I ll definitely stop here again. Thank you!

best example of a locally-owned farm focused business that actually extends its arms to the greater Community that surrounds it. When you spend at Milan center you're buying local you're helping some of their employees many of whom are young people in the future farmers of America. if you order enough to get a delivery you might see Kenny who's worked there since he was 11 years old and is now 112 LOL seriously though he's been around since before the paint was dry something like 60 years
