Absolutely abysmal customer service. I do NOT recommend this agency, and I am a former client that was with them for almost 2 years. They will not get back with you about quotes or shops and pressure you to sign paperwork instead.
It all began when I bought a new car. I called them and asked for a quote of how much it would cost to add my new car to my current insurance policy, as well as for a shop of the carriers they work with to see if they might be able to get me a better deal. They said they'd get back to me. I waited for a week and didn't hear anything, so I called once again. They said that somehow they had the incorrect VIN number and had left me a voicemail to let me know. (I never received a voicemail, and they had conveniently forgotten to write down the phone number they called me at, so there was no way to verify if they called the correct phone number.)
I then asked her how quickly they could get me a quote, and she told me it'd take a WEEK. I reminded her that I was on a timeline (30 days, remember?) and I needed the quote as soon as possible. She began to argue with me and I then reminded her that I had been asking for a quote for the past 2 weeks, and asked to receive the quote in the next day or two. She said okay, she'd put a "rush" on the request. Two days expired. On the second day, I called around 4:30pm to check on the status of the quote and spoke with the same rep. She told me that the agent to whom the quote was assigned had gone home for the day, they would come in at 9:00am the next day, and would then give me a call. I never received a call. Three days had now expired. Clearly, I was not going to get a quote any time soon. I called them again, and this time, I requested the paperwork to cancel my insurance. The receptionist who answered asked me why, and I told her that it was because I never received the quote that I had asked for multiple times. "Oh..." she said, "I'm sorry to hear that." She did not try to see if there was a way they could keep me as a client, or ask if Mike could give me a call, or remedy the situation in any way whatsoever.
I called a different insurance agency and they got me a quote, as well as shopped with difference insurance carriers to get me the best rate, within 24 hours. I was very disappointed with the quality of customer service I received and strongly advise against using this agency for any sort of insurance needs.
Mike and his team are highly responsive to our business needs, while ensuring we have the needed coverage's to protect our business, our associates, and our clients. Being a local company, having Mike and his team nearby is critical to always have that face to go along with the name. We certainly give them 5 Stars for what they do for our business needs.

These guys are great! Every time I reach out to them for anything, they are on it right away. No matter who I talk to, it seems like they are a team that communicates with each other creating a service that is greater than the sum of it's parts. All of the staff have great attitudes every time I talk to them. Pricing is fantastic. I was also suprised to find out that they made themselves available to their customers the day after Harvey hit.
