I had a great car buying experience and would absolutely recommend purchasing a vehicle here! Morgan, my cars Salesman, greeted me outside and actively listened to what I was looking for in a vehicle. He was very friendly and welcoming, not 'pushy', and willing to go over several potential options with me. Morgan was able to help me find the right vehicle for me while working diligently to accommodate my schedule, my worries (first time purchasing a car by myself), and the key points I hoped to obtain during the purchase process. I would definitely recommend Morgan as a Salesman to work with if you are looking for a vehicle! To discuss the overall process: It was Very smooth (and I had several aspects that could have caused bumps along the way) and I like that they have a program for people who purchase from them that offer discounts for services, etc. Aaron, the Finance Manager, was also very knowledgeable, answered all of my questions and again was very patient throughout the process. We worked with Todd "EZ-T" when purchasing our car. I have never had so much fun test driving cars. He was so easy going and full of laughter. He also had return customers coming into the dealership looking for him so you know he is reputable and well liked. My salesman Spencer was amazing, I told him what I was looking for and he helped my choose the perfect vehicle. I did purchase my vehicle on February 24 and that same day had to return due to some issues but Spencer didn t give up with assisting me he immediately gave me a rental until it was ready, he informed me that he didn t want me to leave and something else happened, not many sales agents are like that I appreciate his great service. On March 24 my vehicle was ready for pickup and mind you every week Spencer made sure he kept in contact with me with updates and now I have been driving with zero problems.
