Very good food as usual but it's unfortunate we still could not go to indoor dining. We had to eat in the car. Not sure why they're still not open as many other places are that was really the only disappointment. They were very very busy but they were handling it very well they quoted about 15 minute waiting and end up being about 25 minutes. They did a fine job.
Mikasa is great for lunch or dinner. Lunch is more bang for your buck with the selection of soups and salads you can add. Sushi is great A couple days ago I had put in an online order received my food, when I arrived home I noticed they gave me 2 orders of the same sushi. Not a big problem but, I wished it was the one I asked for but at least I got sushi that I paided for. Overall the service is great & the atmosphere is relaxing, business oriented. Give them a try if you haven t already!
Sometimes the food is mediocre, but most of the time it's very good. My main complaint is the delivery service. They shouldn't offer the service if they can't handle it. Our orders ALWAYS take well over an hour to get our food. This time I ordered my food an hour ahead of when I knew we'd need it. It's been over an hour and a half and it's still not here. Next time we'll just go into the store to get it or we'll just order somewhere else.
This place is great I love the people. The problem for me is the food is inconsistent I've eaten here many many times since it has opened and I've been blown away at times and at others I've been left far less than impressed. I would definitely recommend it for a try but I wouldn't stake my life on it
I love Mikasa Japanese Cuisine! I can't say enough good about it. It is both great for a date and family-friendly! They have delicious food, great service, and the staff is really friendly. If you haven't tried Mikasa yet you are missing out. They have started serving FRESH Wasabi, which is absolutely amazing. They are open 7-days a week which is awesome and they are reasonably priced! Do yourself a favor and try this local favorite!
The food here is consistently amazing!! From the staff to the chefs, this place is legit! I spent time in Japan, and the food here brings back so many memories-- the taste is certifiably Japanese!! If you haven't eaten here, you're missing out. Thank you, MIKASA for a pleasurable dining experience!

Food is no doubt great but service is terrible, rude wait staff & hostess got upset at me because I interrupted her Facebook time. Told her before hand no shrimp in my food, but she did so & my brother had a allergic reaction. Food other wise is great!
