Helped quickly via chat and after a waiting period. Accessibility of Mijndomijn remains a weak point. The fact that a separate registration is required to call in the helpdesk, a ticket must be created and that nothing is possible by telephone is not really pleasant when something is really wrong.

Incomprehensible that no telephone contact is possible! Send invoices from domain names that are not owned and do not want to help by e-mail and postpone it. But continue to send invoices with absurd amounts! Consider taking steps now to get rid of them!

Accounts without account number and invalid QR code ?! How professional do you want to be? Worse still, it appears to have been collected by direct debit 2 months earlier. My Domain sucks (even before I wanted to cancel: no renewal announcement etc.). Don't do business with it! TO BE AVOIDED.

Just had contact with the helpdesk of Mijndomein. This contact went via chat. A very friendly employee answered my questions very quickly and together we came to a nice solution. Thank you again for this quick action.

It takes a lot of effort to reach the Helpdesk of My Domain. I am now 6, SIX, and I still don't have a satisfactory answer to my question if and when the PHP version 7.4 will be available from this hosting company.

Sadly terrible club. On support, they just don't want to understand (or pretend) what you're writing, and the friendly request to give them a quick call is simply not accepted. I WANT TO BUY WHAT FROM YOU .... why don't you respond to what I write?

My domain always has super good service ... have my own business, and am very busy with things that have nothing to do with web design. My domain is always there for me to help me, not everyone is a Wizkid ...

I find this incomprehensible that in 2019 no telephone contact with you can be recorded. Even the request callback is refused! Even more incomprehensible that my e-mails are not responded to! I already let it know to like asap canceling again and would really be a customer finally when I receive a response. What a bad customer service very sorry !!!

Very moderately accessible. Not available by phone at all (which I personally find very unprofessional), there is a telephone number but there you get a tape with an explanation. In addition, there is a chat function in the phone tape that is hard to find. Only when I click on Fraud in the helpdesk does the function appear. The ones I spoke to on chat are friendly and helpful!

Certainly once a month mail that does not work for a day. Then I get a monthly message that they do not know when it will be resolved. In addition, customer service is useless to reach. It takes a lot of effort to open a chat and the answers are standard answers that you can do little with. Someone who knows a good hosting company with stable servers and telephone customer service?

They cannot be reached by phone. Only by e-mail or by ticket. Very cumbersome and not customer-friendly at all. My email messages are not being answered. In addition, they continue to send invoices while we canceled three years ago and the collection has stopped. Very strange. I hope to receive a message soon and that I am done with this.

What a bad service! accidentally registered the wrong domain, it will cost you 9 euros immediately (my own fault) So I ask the help desk a question via email (because calling someone is impossible) then you have to go to my tickets for an answer (why not by email ??) you have to log in there, it doesn't grab my password and you can't do anything anymore. request a new password via the help desk, but then you have to log in with ..... your password !!!! What an incredible bad service !!

Mine domain, share your data with FIOD, BREIN, TAX SERVICE THINK WELL AFTER YOU DISCOVER SERVICES AND EVEN NOT BETTER! We had many services at Mijndomein for many years. Then came the new AVG law and we were heavily ripped off by My Domain, our data was sold for advertising purposes and was also sold to agencies and governments. it is not a professional company, they are all pure interns and have no knowledge, that always turned out when there was a problem again, that no one knew how to solve. The solution was always to reinstall, have no backups, do not have e-mails, but as soon as they want to inform the authorities or foundations they have all the data. Can not be reached by telephone because they clearly have something to hide, windows blinded in Lelystad, so that they can not be looked in, it is a very secretive company. In short, if you want to run your website for a longer period of time, then you better not do this with this backward company.

Telefonisch niet bereikbaar!! De website geeft aan dat er een chat mogelijkheid is en moet op dit tijdstip beschikbaar zijn volgens hun openingstijden maar is gewoon al een maand niet beschikbaar!! Ik heb een factuur ontvangen terwijl ik SEO een jaar gratis zou krijgen, ik heb mijn account pas sinds april en moet nu opeens 114 betalen?!!! Ongelofelijk slecht, heb dit nog nooit meegemaakt.

Everything works as expected, have been a customer for several years. what really excels is Support and employees when help is needed. They do everything to help and emails are answered very quickly, always friendly, always knowledgeable, friendly and very patient employees who help. The last time I was helped with a problem that I was the cause of, by Nick. No reproaches, a lot of patience, good understandable explanations and my emails sometimes answered within minutes. I cannot imagine that it could be even better.

In 2012 everything was canceled by mail ... Had to cancel via my account ... Can't log into my account and sent direct debit to an address where I haven't lived for years ... Missed 1 letter from the court for a confession of guilt due to removals and other chaos ... Fine, my mistake that I was included in their scam practices and cost me 350 euros (instead of 9 euros) Now they still send collection emails, letters, etc. Despite the fact that I have a cancellation by mail, they want to enforce a confession of guilt again through the court. This company has been dirty and bad for me.

For months it has not been possible to email from a my domain email address to yahoo or AOL addresses. After a few days you will receive an error message that the mail cannot be delivered. I reported this to customer service, but there is no solution. Something that is no problem with any free email provider, they cannot do it with my domain! How bad is that!

Helpdesk only via ticket or chat! (Where the chat does not start / appears), know that you consciously choose this if you choose my domain. They are cheap, but then you also miss a lot of service and know-how that I would like. That's why I give 1 star. To reach the helpdesk you really have to dig until you can create a ticket, this feels consciously difficult. In my opinion, they are clearly not waiting for customers who have a question / problem. Never again for me MyDomein this does not work for me. It is my opinion if you have no problems that you cannot call / chat it might be fine. I have to say that they respond to a ticket within one day, but the problem is not resolved and then it just takes too long if you want to solve something, I want to be able to call if my mailbox has a problem (is full and I can not upgrading because I cannot select my products due to a bug or something and no also not in another browser). You want your mailbox to always work during this time and if there is something you can solve it quickly.

Incredibly bad how Mijndomein.nl tries to solve the email problems that have been going on for days. Transfer to new email platform is a great disaster. How can so many issues arise with such an important conversion? Do you test anything at all? Do you understand what kind of damage companies incur due to this kind of incredible messing around ??? Mijndomein.nl is definitely not recommended.

Avoid this shadowy company! Respond to nothing. The only thing that continues there is the sending of invoices. Also to an address that is no longer in use and to top it all off LAVG Incasso at the door, which suddenly does find the right address!

I have never written a review via Google, but I really want to warn people. I have not received any email for days, not to mention the problems I have had before. This tent deals very irresponsibly with their customers, because they cannot be reached by phone, give standard answers to questions and lets you wait 5 days for an answer at all. I have literally never experienced such poor services and I am sorry that I have partnered with this party. Imagine that the e-mail for your business has been out for 2 weeks and you are not being helped and you have to wait days for a response. And this Anno 2019. Small edit: now 3 weeks later, everything is flat, my mail, my website, the website of MijnDomein. You can approach them in any way and should just hope for the best.

After a minute a confirmation of my ticket. Then dead silence, already two days. Worthless. Such a company would have at least, if necessary automated, that it is busy or something. Then rather Hosting2go or Hostnet. The star was unintentional, but otherwise I can't post this message.

Hosted a site for years for a very low price. When necessary, we were able to quickly switch to a package in which we used their site builder to put together a modern yet familiar new version of the site. The support team responded quickly and with useful tips as well as attractive discounts.

The interface is simple and effective. Finding technical settings such as DNS management and SFTP settings is great, even when you manage large amounts of domains and web hosting packages. The price is also great. However, there are fairly serious problems with Mijndomein which makes use frustrating. Relatively simple tasks such as creating sub-domains and requesting SSL certificates are not possible without the help desk. Ticket after ticket goes out because it cannot work without error messages. Eventually the help desk always manages, but it is particularly frustrating that due to all hordes, simple actions such as creating a subdomain take so long. Not being able to call is ultimately a loss. The feeling of being a customer # 987690 therefore becomes very strong. Processing times are ok but it remains a shame that so many tickets have to be taken out to get things done.
