A little expensive but definitely worth the cost if you like Korean/Japanese food. I especially enjoyed their hot pots

Fantastic service by the hostess. A LA cart seemed better value than the combos.
Food is very delicious, but the prices can be quite high. Atmosphere is excellent and the cleanliness is fantastic. There are a lot of seats, but it can get full easy, so a reservation is recommended during nights. Fantastic place to eat for a fun, delicious time with a group!
Had the Galbi beef stir fried udon. Shared the seafood pancake. Both were delish. Service was speedy, everything came quickly. Didn't use the washroom, but everything was clean. Great ambiance!
Oh my gawd i'd give this place an extra star if I could. Miga is to die for. You can tell the cuts of meat are well worth the price. The flavour was all there. The server was very nice, kept well conversation, made sure we were always taken care of, and even enlightened us about the salad dressing. We left with two jars. I'm not a huge fan of salad but this dressing for it is so rich. The sake comes piping hot and leaves your throat nice and cozy like the environment of the place. Everything is so fitting and well done. I'm definitely keeping this place on my list
Good food. My wife and I have been to many A few Korean restaurants. This one is the best so far. The bbq is great. Love it.
Very clean. They change grill regularly and very nice servers waiters. Little pricey but good quality costs more nowadays.
We ve been to this restaurant twice now...we like that it s very accommodating of kids, we like the food and surely recommend and return when possible.
I have been going to Miga for a decade for special days and it has been consistently great experiences. It is not the most authentic Korean restaurant but it is fairly upscale and enjoyable for those who would like Korean experience with Western flavor( best of both worlds)
They have changed their menus from time to time and went through some changes but overall the quality has not deteriorated at all.
If you want more privacy for your group or get a taste of authentic Korean Cuisine dinner experience for a special occasion, you can book the traditional korean room and sit on the floor to experience the traditional Korean dinner. I believe the minimum they require is 4 for booking these rooms. Since I tried a few back home, I have not yet tried these rooms myself. Plus I prefer sitting on a chair with my giests but one should definitely try it if you have not done so yet.
The interior decoration is also something you would enjoy. i can tell someone went through a lot of trouble collecting traditional Korean items which symbolize many aspects of Korean culture. I find a lot of these are very good quality as well. It is almost like a mini museum.
I hope you enjoy your experience there. Please ask me any question if you have any.
I enjoyed eating here for the first time 2 weeks ago, we sat a dining table outside and the food was really good.
My only major problem was the price....wow it was expensive for what you get, it was good for a 1 time try.
Also it was nice to see the workers turning away people that didnt have masks.
Had a great time with my friends
Amazing service, meat was top notch
I m going back soon
Great restaurant. Don't think twice just go there and eat. Staff are very friendly and attentive! The barbecue is really good and their Kimchi blows your mind.
If I ever visit Canada again this will definitely be a place I'll visit again.
Ingredients and marinades are higher quality than any other Korean BBQ place around.
Just amazing atmosphere, food and service! Definitely going back!
The food is regularly fresh and flavorful, workers hands over excellent customer service. I like how neat it is and atmosphere. Keep up the good work.
Food and service are always excellent!
I never liked kimchi but i love theirs. Too bad i forgot to buy the one in the jars.
Good tasty Korean bbq. A little expensive and the portion size could be bigger for the price. Service is good.
It was a good experience, but not many people were ordering the BBQ. I think it is quite expensive. I do think the food was good though nice flavours! If I went again I wouldn t get bbq unless you are with a lot of people.
The salesclerk who can speak Japanese was very kind. The exchange of nets was also saved frequently.
Nice place with great food. The bbq option is pretty expensive though.
Terrible pricing for the portions, dirty dishes, staff took over 15 minutes to take our orders, so eventually we left without eating.
The food is delicious and friendly, but the price is expensive
Great food , iam an uber eats driver did a pick up from here a week ago seemed busy so i thought id give it a go
Well worth it
I very much like the food. served nice and hot like home made does.
The quality of the food is fresh and good, but the price is high.
Food is good and service is great but they started charging $3 for each bowl of extra lettuce and you only get 5 pieces! When you are already paying a premium for the food, this was unacceptable and we will never go back!
They blamed it on the soaring price of lettuce but I literally went to an AYCE kbbq place the next week, paid almost half the price per person, AND everyone got as much lettuce as they wanted.
Western style fine dining Korean restaurant, high quality foods, though a bit pricey and small portions
Expensive, but the quality and perhaps quantity justified the cost. Plus the service was appreciated, everything from recommended options to changing the grill 3 times to eliminate smoke.
First time at a Korean BBQ place. Ordered the group platter option. Food was delicious.
Food is great. They took the galbi jjim and pork bone soup out of the menu. Atmosphere is good. Not too too busy
Best Korean food I've had in a while and was great while traveling through the area
Me and my girlfriend went to Miga BBQ for lunch today and the meal we received did not meet our expectations one bit. I ordered the Miga lunch box while my partner got the soon tofu soup and tokpokki as a starter. The lunch box was served in a 3 box in 1 fashion. The udon was cold, the kalbi was good and tempura was decent. My partners soup was a bit watery and it didn t seem like it was freshly made. The appetizer was quite interesting for the worse in that it was extremely sweet and the flavours were quite off for that matter.
I have been to this establishment several times during the dinner hours and did not find these problems then but that could be because we strictly ordered the BBQ and not the bento boxes or from the other selections available.
Overall, we will never come back to eat during the lunch hours as the food was frankly quite depressing and we paid, including tip, around $80 for the meals.
If there s anything positive to take away from this post, it s that the waiters/waitresses were kind and even though they forgot my beer, it was quickly remedied with a simple reminder of their absent mindedness. That is my personal opinion on the food/service we received today.
Service was great and the food was fantastic. More expensive than going out for all-you-can-eat but the quality of the meat is much better than those types of places.
Never go there again. Their web site said they were open until 11:00pm as did their sign at the front door. When we got there at 9:50, the waiter said they close at 10:30 'and the kitchen is closing. As we were walking out we said to the waiter "your signs and website all say you're open until 11pm" We saw this happen to someone else when we ate there the last time. It was about 10:15 and 3 customers walked in. One of the ladies said to another in Korean (my daughter understands a bit of Korean) "tell them we are closed, I want to leave"
Nothing more enjoyable than cooking your own food. Beef was delicious.
AMAZING food!! Definitely not cheap but it's so so worth it, especially if you have many people to split it with it's a little more affordable. Will always go here for Korean BBQ in mississauga
The food and service were beyond my expectations. I really liked the ambience of this spot. Excellent spot to take the family out for lunch.
They are way too expensive for their food quality.. I'm pretty sure many people knows that this place is overly priced.
Great food. Definitely worth checking out if you like Korean BBQ!
It's a Korean bbq combo that comes with literally everything! We've got pancakes, tempera, added fondue, chicken, shrimps, pork... But the taste is just mediore.
They have a cute patio set up & amazing food and service. Manager was very sweet. Really enjoyed this place!!
Nice fine dine Korean/Japanese place. You can have your own room where you sit on mats, you obviously have the chair table option and also grill your own food. Expensive for my taste, but probably ok for the quality of the food.
Friendly and accommodating staff. Delicious food, but pricey. They have combination of Korean and Japanese dishes. Their lunch takeout is only $10, which is a very good value for money.
Great experience. Did not feel rushed and service was good. A little on the expensive side. Easy parking
It was really good. Always saw this place driving by but never went in. The bulgogi was so good, amongst everything else I ate. Will be coming back! And staff was very nice!
Great food and great service. It is our family's go-to restaurant for most weekend.
The food tasted wonderful and the servers were friendly and helpful. If you've never been to Korean BBQ and you want a great experience, I'd choose this place.
Food was delicious, service was great and the server was very friendly!
Perfect presentation, friendly staff and amazing atmosphere. Definitely coming back.
Great food, great service. Will definitely be back for more BBQ!
Excellent service and plates selection! Impressed by their wagyu beef offerings. Be aware, their stone plates are REAAAALLY HOT! But tasty once you let it cool off.
Ordered the Family Combo #1 which serves 3-4 and was going to order more food later as we had a party of 5. Good thing we didn t add to the order because there was just so much food from the combo and we could not even finish. Short ribs, bulgogi, bibimbap, stir-fry udon were all very good. Service was not bad. The only thing that needs to improve was the exhaust fans. Though this is a common problem with Korean BBQ places, exhaust fans in this restaurant were really bad. We all came out of the restaurant smelling like Korean BBQ. But all in all, this is a good restaurant and I would go back again.
A little bit overpriced since the food is just average. But the atmosphere is nice.
Great food, good service. They change the grill way too often which delays the cooking process a little too much for my liking, but overall they're a good place.
My significant other and I came to this location for our second year anniversary. We had an amazing experience. We've been to all of the korean bbq restaurants in Mississauga and this was by far the best. The meat is A La Carte which is different from what we are used to (most locations serve all you can eat) but when you taste the quality of the meat and the delicious marinade, it is easy to see why.
In terms of taste, they sweep the competition. The service was amazing - their servers are the most polite and kind. The restaurant is decorated very nicely and you can tell that they pay a lot of attention and care as everything was clean. During this visit, the restaurant was not very busy so service was great.
I visited a second time with my family and we had a table booked for reservation. This time, the restaurant was packed. The servers were still very kind and polite, however, busy. I know what the service industry is like, especially on busy days so we left a nice tip. Hopefully they hire a few more staff for busy days.
The service is great and the food is amazing. have a great time every time we go, But it is a bit expensive
I went to Miga for my husband's 55th birthday. There were 18 of us! Miga put us into a private room (two rooms that they opened up for us) and then, they began the arduous task of taking care of us. It was chaotic fun! Costly, but well worth it as the food was fantastic. Because there was so many of us, we split the bill into 3 bills. Accidentally, on one of the bills we were charged twice. When I phoned Miga about this (because I didn't realize it at the time), the were SO apologetic and took care of the overcharge immediately. They refunded my credit card over the phone. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
The WORST. Would like to give negative stars, but have to give one as he minimum. Food is terrible, service is slow and it's waaay over priced.
Fantastic meat served with beautiful presentation.
Great service as well.
Highly reccomend going to this place for authentic Korean style food.
it's a bit expensive for Korean food but the quality of the meats is very high
Excellent food, very welcoming staff members, always great character. They charge reasonable rates and the food quality is fantastic. Highly recommended.
Pro: The BBQ meat has good flavor, they also change the grill very frequently.
However they were out of eggs for my bimbimbap.
Con: service
The waitresses were dismissive, she didn't want to answer our questions regards to portion size as it's our first visit, just told us we can have a second order of side dishes.
When we did order the second side dish, the other waitress was reluctant to bring it, and we had to ask another waiter after 15 min of waiting to get it.
Tasty food and a real delightful experience. Almost burned my fingure though :)
