Called in on Monday to make an appointment because walking in without one ended in me being sent away. A nice woman answered and help me with setting up an appointment for a few days later. I asked her about the walk-in policy and she said that they still offer it and that on Saturday when I showed up at 10am I should have been seen and not sent away especially since there was no one in the waiting room. She even reaffirmed that their policy is to ask people to wait, not turn them away. I'm not sure which doctor and male attendant were working on Saturday but they should be updated on the policy before they are left in charge of the office.

During my appointment Dr. Biga sincerely apologised for what happened on Saturday and assured me that their policy still stands. He provided me with excellent care this time like he has done many times in the past. I shouldn't let my one bad experience with one doctor and attendant at this location taint the many times they have been there for me for more minor things. Dr. Biga and his team work hard to provide excellent service and it shows when I interact with them directly. I'm not sure about the one doctor and make attendant but I hope they take after the good example right in front of them.

What they say is that they want to be there for you, but in reality when you have a concern and need them to be, they aren't. Their website claims that they accept walk ins at anytime no appointment needed, they want to be there for you. But when I drove 20 mins this morning to be seen, about something I was fairly worried about, I was told that they were full on appointments but I saw no one in the waiting room and there were barely any cars in the parking lot. The hospital itself was basically empty. I even waited a few minutes outside and saw no one coming or going. I understand not wanting to overbook your workday but don't offer the service if you won't be able to assist someone with a real concern. I was literally the only person in the office at that time and it didn't seem like anyone was stressed from being overbooked or having too much to do. It even has the hours that I walked in posted on their website saying that I would be seen. Don't make promises you can't deliver.

Although I have only been here a couple of times now, I am amazed at how well my visits went. My mother went with me to my second appointment and liked it so much that she wants to start going to this clinic as well! I'll definitely continue as a patient here, as long as I live in the area.

The people were very accommodating at Midwest Regi...

The people were very accommodating at Midwest Regional Health. My regular doctor was sick so he had to cancel my appointment and needing a pre-surgery check up within a day or two they were very accommodating to get me in and get my physical done in the short time it needed to happen. Very pleasant people makes for an enjoyable doctor visit.

Very impressed with the services at Midwest region...

Very impressed with the services at Midwest regional. The doctor I see and her nurses are very welcoming and build a great relationship with their patients. All of my concerns are heard and acted upon each and every visit. I would highly recommend!

Lisa Hood is my primary provider and a dear friend. She has taken good care of me for years, and I really appreciate that. The nurses, PA's, doctors and staff at MRHS are always been courteous, kind, friendly and helpful. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Dr Blad is one of the best family practice doctors...

Dr Blad is one of the best family practice doctors we have met. Very professional, thorough, compassionate. Never makes you feel rushed. Staff are always friendly and focused on making sure you have a great medical experience. Highly recommend!
