Worst company to work for. Very unethical on how they treat employees.

Put 1,187 on my credit report and say it was a error and said it will be remove. Smh

I called long ago to settle a debt and nobody speaks Spanish, I don't speak much English, and I already want to solve this debt at once, I hope that they can attend to me, because they always cut me off and say they don't speak Spanish.

Both times I called my calls were easy and efficient. I was told exact date of my said bill and received payment confirmation via email that my account was now zero balance as soon as my payment was received.

I wish it were possible to give NEGATIVE TEN STARS! I received a call from these people one afternoon during work. I didn't recognize the company name or number, so I didn't answer. They left a message saying it was an attempt to collect a debt. The very next morning, I received an alert from Credit Karma saying a collections account had been added to my credit report, dropping my score 45 points. When I looked at the information, it claims the original account was with a payday loan company for $625 dated April 2014. First off, I applied for no such loan in 2014. Secondly, MRS sent no written notification/verification of the alleged debt. Thirdly, they are officially past the statute of limitations for debt collection. Trying to ruin someone's credit with fraudulent debt in an effort to get their grubby hands on the money of hard-working people is SHAMEFUL. They should be run out of business by their State's Attorney General.

Scam. Opened a fraudulent credit account in my name. I do not live in this area, or have ever done business with them.

They are doing credit card fraud, they are affecting people and I don't even know who they are and I have a debt of 900 dollars I have never done anything with them

I have never heard of this company, I never received a bill one time.
They said I owed a hospital and they were collecting for them. I called the hospital and they said I did owe them one penny. How does a company get away with screwing with my credit with a lie. They need to be stopped since I see Im not alone from google

A collection agency that has over 900 complaints filed against them almost 300 in last 12 months to BBB. One complaint was mine when they assigned a collection to all 3 credit bureaus that wasn t mine. Had it removed then a month later it pops back up on a new date. Sketchy at best.

This place has been calling me NON STOP!!! when I called them back.. the lady would not tell me anything about where she was calling from or why I kept getting the calls. She wanted my social, DOB, and other personal info. When I told her not until she explained to me where and why she was calling.. she got very rude with me. I asked to not be called anymore (DOO NOT CALL LIST) and they continue to harass and call me several times a day! Found a lot of sketchu things about the company! Do not give them any info! They put fake reports on your credit.

This company is fake I called three times and they hung up the phone on me every time. I found them on my credit report on February 14th of 2020 and I don't know where they're coming from I've never heard of this company before. Totally fake...

Annoying when they call the wrong number but they call based on outdated information. Call them and update your info and they ll leave you alone.

Shady company that opened a debt collection account in my name even though I don t owe anyone anything. Their glaringly shady business tactics are apparent from the fact that they never even contacted me once regarding the supposed debt .

This is the third company (Durham & Durham LLP, Avante being the first two) who has been dumb enough to purchase a fake debt ($219 to be exact) in my name. They didn't even send me any notification, just dinged my credit report which I just noticed and disputed this morning. This was a medical debt from 2017 which was paid in full. The total bill was over 10K, why would I purposely leave $219 and pay the rest? Why are you dinging my credit report over $219?
**Update: This company is such a joke that their ding was removed from my Transunion report in less than 24 hours. They are so shady, that they immediately went to Equifax and dinged my report again, which I disputed and assume will be removed. Don't let them scare you into paying their fake debts.

You guys been calling me non-stop asking for Aurelio Pineda or something like that, I don t have no relatives/friends with that name. You guys even call me from different numbers back and forth wasting my time for sure. If you guys keep doing this I will report the company to BBB.

I was looking at my credit report and, as of yesterday 2/6/2020. I had never heard of this company, EVER!!!! So instead, of sending me a bill to the address where I have lived for over 5 years they reported it to the credit bureau. Hey thank for being such a creditable company. Now im mailing what I owe you in full and filing slander charges against your company. BAD BUSINESSES DECISIONS

This business is not an accredited company. They lost accreditation as a business in April 2019 due to bad business practices.

It is a fly by night operation. Do not talk or deal with them as they have had thousands of complaints against them.

A debt collection was place on my credit report for this company out of the blue. I called and was told is was a payday loan taken out in 2013! They advised me to email a police report to start an investigation. The rep I spoke to was hesitant to inform me on the removal process and provide a number or contact of the department to formally dispute this charge. One of the reps drilled me to disclose my ssn. Fraud! In addition the debt was placed on my credit report as a new debt opened in 2019.

These people are both misinformed about how to do their own job, and very rude, and will do anything to get you off of the phone as quickly as possible (including hanging up on you) no matter how polite you are.

Called to find out about a 36.00 bill and you can't even hear or understand what they are telling me. Heavy accent and kept putting me on hold without even telling me. Sounds like a scam to me!

I wish I could give it 0 stars. This company placed a debt from 7 YEARS AGO on my credit report and did a inquiry. First of all they never contacted me, secondly it's past the statute to collect and would have been removed anyway since it's from 2014 and last IT'S NOT EVEN MINE. Deplorable service across the board with their condescending and rude attitude. I already filed a complaint with the BBB, FTC and CPB and disputed this with the Credit Agency. It's ridiculous how they can place ANYTHING on your report but make you jump through hoops to remove it.

Trying to collect money from a account 10 years ago and changed the date! Reported them to BBB hope this company shuts down! There website is a illegal prescription drug site!

One of the worst companies I've ever dealt with. They have reported me to debt collections for a medical bill I've already paid off. They get an F from BBB as well. Shoddy company
