The scheduling and front desk staff made our visit pleasant before we even stepped in the door. Dr Ross is very knowledgeable and caring. He spent a lot of time explaining his exam and the X-rays for the injury my child sustained. He told us about what to expect and what to watch out for in the future. He then referred us to an excellent physical therapist to assist in strengthening the injured area. We ve been extremely satisfied and reassured that we are in excellent hands.
Dr. Ross is an excellent physician who is very attentive and caring to your needs. Each appointment he takes time to talk to you in depth about everything and go over everything with you. His front desk staff are also great.
We met Dr. Ross under emergency circumstances at 10pm one evening. He immediately put us at ease and calmed our fears. He also changed his entire schedule so he could operate on my husband at 6 AM the next morning. We could not have asked for a kinder, more compassionate or skilled surgeon! I highly recommend Dr. Ross to anyone seeking the skills and expertise of a neurosurgeon.
